- Learn how to make an inflatable origami star! This puffy origami star makes a beautiful decoration all year round! Made from one sheet of paper, no glue required.
This origami blow-up star looks like a giant lucky star! ⭐️
I called it the Twinkle Star from a suggestion on instagram, I'm useless at thinking of names for models! 😅
Folding this and inflating it is actually pretty satisfying.
We will be making a decagon (10 sided) first of all, but don't worry, it's easy, especially if you already know how to make a pentagon.
I recommend using a paper scoring tool with a ruler for some of the creasing but it's not required if you don't want to. If you'd like to, but don't have a scoring tool, just use something pointy but not too sharp such as the edge of a paper clip, used up pen, white pencil, ect.

Maybe I should make this origami model 4 star difficulty but the folds aren't very complicated. The main thing is to get the folds in the *right place* and using something to score the lines will make this model 100% easier to complete! 💗😀

really pretty! I followed along and it was actually really easy! mine looks very similar, except it's less of a star and more of a meatsaw from my darkest nightmares, very happy with the result, I will now not ever sleep again knowing I've created a monster! 💕

I always find oragami hard.

I love folding things but I cant seem to do this stuff.
The only thing to do it start by making some simple models, do some each day and you will improve over time 🙂 Also get some decent origami paper ⭐️

I have made one but it turned out to befail when I blew air in it
That can happen, like mine did as well in the video, best to flatten it and re-fold the star shape a bit and then try again, helps to push the edges of the star inwards as you blow into it :)

i was wrong there is no to much measuring in this model because. i still made. it and i realize.you were just marking lines with the ruler were you were going to fold my mistake
I completed it but the hole wouldn't even show in the middle so I can inflated and I crumpled the paper AND I RIPPED IT, GODDMAMN HOLE

it might be, it's a higher intermediate level, you might want to try an easier model to start with. But if you follow along, theres no reason why you can't do it :)
