We use to do Puli Pongal. We need to soak some tamarind with turmeric n salt. Squeeze it and spread the liquid to left over rice. It should not make the rice float, it just make the rice mixed in the tamarind juice. Leave it overnight. In the morning we need to thalichu the whole thing with oil, mustard, channa dal, red chilli n curry leaves. It's delicious my hubby's favourite.

You can use about 2 cups of rice for 1 cup of wheat flour
