Worst recipe I make exactly as shown but its sticks on tava and upper side is not cooked even on low flame
Tava should b very very hot n then sprinkle water n then spread the batter
Then lower the heat to medium or low depending on Ur flame.Even Ur any frying deep or shallow utensil has to b really hot so that the oil surface up after cooking esp in curries
I tried & it's awesome. Meanwhile I'm trying on roti maker, while you've gas stove 🙂
