Was thinking of getting the standard Huanuo stands that everyone gets until I learned of these stands which I'm surprised just came out, now I'm gonna be in a little predicament deciding which brand to get! Either way this video gets a like from me, great job.
These stands definitely have a little more spice to them 👨🍳
Thanks for the comment and the like!
I wonder if these could be inverted.. I've been browsing around for a good VESA mount option in my semi truck. I've got the upper bunk I don't use except for storage. I plan on getting a 42" TV or Monitor, probably a OLED TV, but 42" is the about the max size I can go without it getting complicated.
I've also looked into brands like Ergotron, and a few other notable ones for industrial, medical, or RV use. I'd like it to be adjustable, but it's a scenario where I'll just have to be a bit creative.
I’d edge on the side of caution and wouldn’t personally use these mounts inverted, since they were designed to be upright
Have you thought about maybe something like this?

Not nearly as adjustable (or cool looking 😉) but it’s designed to be hung from the top
I've have a mount in mind that should work good, it's a short ceiling pole style mount for industrial/medical use and rated for screens up to 80 lbs, which should be more than enough for a 42" TV/Monitor.
I actually tried a folding style mount like you have suggested above, in the past. My issue with them is on harsh roads when the screen was folded up sometimes it would come unlatched and violently swing down. Eventually certain parts of it got warped out of shape due to it being cheaply manufactured. That was on an old 24" monitor.
Whatever the case this time I'll be going with something much heavier duty just due to it being mounted in a truck rather than a building. If need be I'll even get with a fabrication shop to weld up offset support struts for reinforcement.
This is the mount in particular I've been looking at, it's the only good static position mount I've found so far after searching multiple different websites/distributors. At least it offers a variety of options for the unit.

@@Demonoid1990 Ohhh now that makes sense. I didn't even think about the issue of road bumps causing it to move
After you figure out the rig, you should totally make a video about it. I bet others would find it super helpful - also I'm curious to see the final result! 😄
i wonder how they would hold up after 10-15 years of use.
a bit conflicted, i have a 32inch and a 27inch monitor, should i get the dual monitor arm or a single monitor arm (already have 1 monitor arm), definitely plan on keeping the 32inch as my center screen and the 27 on the right side.
I’d suggest getting the dual arm version. You’ll end up having a cleaner setup 👌🏼
can MPG MT201R work for Samsung Neo G9 49inch Monitor ?
It should! If you have the VESA adapter that came with your monitor, this mount will hold it up no problem 👌🏼
Weight wise, it looks like the G9 49” is 26.2 lbs, so you’re definitely covered since these mounts hold up to 44 lbs
With the dual monitor arms, would it be possible to have them stacked or is it only for side by side?
i came here hoping to find the answer to the same question. hoping someone can help us :D
I was looking at some reviews elsewhere and it seems a stacked layout is possible with the dual monitor mount
@@connorjohnson6489 Aw thank you for letting me know!
nice vid
Thank you!
There was so much disrespect to that desktop stand. Dont worry someone will still love it
I apologized to it after, dw
bro when can i buy a monitor without stand, it would be cheaper right. maybe msi will be the first monitor i buy that does not force me to buy the included stand ;) hint hint :D
Honestly that would be such a great option. I know NZXT sold their monitor (Canvas) and stand separately, but it might have just been a limited time thing. More companies should definitely do it!
10 dollars more! FOR ALL THAT?!
It’s a no brainer 😉
