These punches were decided upon and initiated by the fighters before the bell. Literally split second before. Mind was made up. It's just that the initiated JUST after the bell. Since both threw at the same time, it's not really fair to try to judge it as a foul strike. Correct decision.

Well. The main rule is always protect yourself. The bell isn’t some magical special round ending thing. The “fight” never ends until the final bell. So if you get hit after the bell, it’s party your own fault
Yeah, and you should really be expecting a shot at the bell, especially after you finished your takedown well after the bell at the end of the last round (and decided to continue to lay on top of the guy)
