So quick question, I’ve been using Logitech G Pro and I love it. I’m super used to it and it’s actually hard for me to imagine anything better. However, I have yet to try these honeycomb ultralight mice. In your opinion, is it worth dropping the wireless comfort and performance of the Pro to get a wired honeycomb mouse like this?
Honestly the g pro wireless was my favorite mouse ever hands down until the switches wore out about 4 months in. My g pro wireless started having double click and no click issues in the past month. My scoped accuracy went from around 60% to 30%-40% but I was getting more and more accurate in Osu! So I thought I was just losing my edge in fps games or I was depressed or something. Then I played with my g900 while my pro was charging and it was heavy AF but I was back up to 50%-60% scoped accuracy. I was like awesome! But it dropped the second I plugged back in my g pro wireless. Then I thought maybe it was lagging or something because the wifi router is in the same room. When I found a bunch of people complaining about the crappy chinese omron switches (instead of the good Japanese ones). Did some testing and yup that is what was causing my problems. I've come to get a new mouse because hearing your mouse click but not having it register as a click is not something I'd recommend to my worst enemy. So yeah I'd buy this over a g pro wireless any day.
If you have enough money, I personally would, just if you do, make sure to get a good mouse bungee , or the switch would be hard. Edit: I am using the Zowie camade, it is good and has excellent reviews
Gpro wireless was my main for a year, now it feels like a brick in my hand compared to the ul2. Didn't think I'd go back to wired after using the gpro either. I also had double click issues and my middle click no longer registers clicks on it. Can't return to Amazon because the time period expired.
the UL2 is an over expensive mice for most, anyway thanks for comparing it to the g305, do you think the shorter hump on the mm 710 is going to be an issue for palm gripping?
I love that type of scroll wheel. Specific indents that lets you switch weapons on the fly. Many shooters use the number keys and the scroll wheel. I like a super stiff and notched scroll wheel. Too many type just roll and are useless in my opinion.
My mm710 feels like its dragging on every grain in my mouse pad is there a reason for this? It is still definitely useable but I notice the drag and it distracts me from my gameplay
You may have an old batch where the mouse feet are really thin so if u push a little too hard into the mouse pad the body of the mm710 will be scraping the mousepad
I just bought the MM710 for INR 1799 which converts to about $ 21.5. Can't really complain much when pitted against another mouse that's hard to find and costs about 8-10 times more.
I'm small hand clawtip grip user and there are not many options for this style. I hope that Cooler Master will fix sensor rattle and loose clicks because i want to change my mouse after 3 years.
Finalmouse mice are like supreme. If you buy them you are just paying for a brand. Plus issues you mentioned werent present on my mouse so I think if you had mine youd easily say that the MM710 is better.
I never hear reviewers talk about ring finger pinch on mice, so thank you for bringing this topic up! I noticed this issue fairly often on the Razer Viper Ultimate as well Air58. The only mouse that seems to completely avoid pinching is the G Pro Wireless since the sides of the mouse go upwards and curve inwards towards M1 & M2. Really hoping other mice manufacturers adopt this improved technique
