Good morning I recently purchase leyland daf euro6 truck and we encountering some problem. The trucks cuts off after like 3 mininutes and if it do drive it only go at a speed of 10 Kilometer.

Can diesel vans with adblue tanks still produce black smoke or is it impossible now
Hi thanks for the comment. Black smoke from diesel is possible with any engine with or without adblue as it's down to incomplete combustion from the engine. So think blocked air filter, turbo issues ect.
Adblue is just a fluid that is used in SCR systems to comply with euro 6 emission standards. It's to reduce NOX in your exhaust gas 😎

Im having an issue on my 2008 daf xf 460
while driving i got exhaust system warning fault code but it doesnt change or effect my trucks power but when i stop for example at red light i get engine limiting power warning and it only activates that way, when trucks stop and never while driving. I use delphi diagnostics to remove the fault but it pops out again. I changed ad blue filters and cleaned its tank nothing helped. Any advice? Thanks!

What is the description of the fault and the code buddy? Can't say I will know but someone else might be able to help here so post it up 👌😎
Read fault codes and post it here
On delphi diagnostics fault codes are 125,126,128,129 and 127 numbers. Does it tells you anything?
Use Google and put p0 before the fault, It will tell you how to fix it. The fault codes are generic codes ....not daf specific codes

The problem is that it limits the speed to 20kmph and I get adblue error on the dip can you please tell me how to fix it
Your going to need to get some fault codes out of it with something first before we can go further with a diagnosis as it could literally be one for 20 possibilities 🫣

Thank you for the comment. Do you mean the diagnostic machine I use? That's a daf dealer tool only available from daf. But I'm working on supplying a diagnostic machine with similar capabilities that people will be able to purchase

Hello, I have a DAF lorry 2017, euro6, engine mx13. I have an issue, engine lack of power, max speed 20km/h. I want shut down the ad blue emulator or shut the ad blue completely. Is there any way you could help me with this issue?. I have purchase a DAF diagnostic tool VCI 560. Please advise.
Hello, model year 17 will have limited capability with the old Davie XD SOFTWARE. you will not be able to add or remove adblue functions with this tool.
You can emulate the vehicle with a plug in emulator or get a specialist to map out the adblue with a developer tool but no software DAF produce will remove the adblue function.
Why not fix the problem so the system runs correctly?

Please don't support this illegal action! AdBlue emulators are strictly forbidden on European roads and give the whole industry a bad rep!
Hello, I have same truck and same problem on it, engine low power and max speed 20km/h. I did diagnostics in the daf center and I got out errore P3996 = DEF flow - Too low. We already changed the adblue pump, adblue injector and filter. Can you help? What I had to do now to solve it? Thanks
I tried to cancel fault codes after changed all these parts, but when i turn off the truck after a big travel, the fault codes come back.
Great Video. Easy to understand without lots of waffle. Any chance of doing one for the DAF LF45 please. Add Blue is such a pain but i think DAF have a poor system compared to some of the others. We are going in and out of Ukraine with aid and this is the second lorry to have power issues !
