Great to hear your going out on your own. 👌 I have jaltest at work and on Daf cf I can’t find anywhere to check brake Lining fault. Which means I have to check every brake pad sensor with a Multimeter and it is always the last one you check 😂 do you have a better Method.

Now with davie for example I'm in the same boat as you UNLESS the truck is fitted with ECAS-5. any truck fitted with ECAS-4 didn't have this functionality and over the next few months I will be using jaltest to address what it can and can't do. What you can do as an ECLIPSE customer is ring tech support who will more than happily help you provide our have an account.

As for the dealership they can use 3rd party's to repair vehicles I just happen to be a 3rd party daf trained master tech now 👍

How can i become DAF technician. There is a lot of Daf trucks in my country and there is no one to fix them correctly
You will need to go work in a DAF dealership buddy.
Good luck for going on your own, if I get a brain freezing diagnostic problem on one of the many DAF's I look after your more than welcome to film my workshop.....and earn while you're doing it ! ( my Mrs makes excellent cakes!😆)

DAF AEBS/Radar fault video?
Soon as I get one with a fault I can go through the fault and rectification.
Someone give me an AEBS fault to fix 😅😅😅😅
Most common fault is AEBS event counter to the max 😂
@preslavvasilev7387 I've had an alternator cause a voltage issue once.... it wasn't reaching the charging voltage quickly and was causing it not to calibrate. Other than that....EVENT COUNTER EVERY TIME 😂😂😂
@@TRUCKTECHUK Funny enough got a 17 plate CF with a voltage fault and won’t calibrate, Wiring checked and had radar replaced and Daf did a software update and yet the fault remained, I said possible alternator fault to start with 🤷🏽♂️
@Hmm265 it's worth checking the monitoring data at start up for 28 volts. If it's a slow climb up voltage-wise....change the alternator 😎👌. Let me know how you get on
