I've been eating this since I was a young lad. It's cheap and easy, but hearty and filling. We follow your recipe nearly-exact. It's a soul/comfort food that reminds me of home. Fantastic video

@@Tonlah thank you for watching and I’m glad that you’re still enjoying this comfort food that reminds you of your childhood. I cook it often and think about my momma, who use to cook this for me.

That looks really good. Meat and Potatoes is always a good thing. I have had stewed potatoes many times but never thought of add in the ground beef. When I make my Hot Dog chili I cook it similar to this. I add water into the raw meat and that makes it really fine texture.

I was about 2 years old and i remember my mom making that. There was 10 of us 5 sisters and 5 brothers when i look at the soup i been looking around the Internet to see if i can find it because it’s so good and tastes awesome. My dad would work hard to bring home money so my mom and dad would go grocery shopping. I want to make that but how do you make it for one person? I just want to have some to take me back home i love that soup so much thank you for sharing.

All kidding aside, this is how Ted Kaczynski use to make his potato soup only substituting the beef with rabbit or squirrel.

I tryed putting the raw hamburger meat in like this video while the potatoes were cooking but it made me sick doing it this way. I usly fix the hamburger meat in a sepreate pan from the potatoes then I transfer the meat over to the potatoes when it's done.
