Bicycle attack osotogari works well too, if the attack is sudden and 100% committed.

The kuzushi at 6:45 is interesting, but I'd like to find another throw to use it with - I find people stiff arm when losing their footing rather than continue to walk over top of nage preventing the version of ouchi shown. The bicycle entry makes me cringe - I don't see the point of the leap and it is hard to imagine giving a much bigger opening for uke to counter. Is there a trick to preventing attacks during the leap or a particular situation where the danger is minimized?

The hipping it kuzushi can be used with any throw.
The bicycle entry is actually rarely countered. It seems such a big attack many go into survival mode rather than countering.

So realistically this won't work, In BJJ you're usually both bent over in bad judo grip making it really hard to open them up and come in. So one way is your left hand breaks free and grips their left lapel just next to their ear, you then pull their head down even further parallel to the ground while your right hand breaks free and comes over the top and grabs their belt down their back, now you drive forward with a low right foot Kouchi Gari to their right foot this caused them to withdraw their right foot, as they do this, twist into a low right hip throw and drive your right foot up and into their withdrawing right foot, same time pulling them with your right hand ( that has their belt ) up and over your right hip, pivot on your left foot and drive them down and into the mat. The key is to lock them up and sell the Kouchi Gari to make them withdraw their foot

My personal varation is putting my oppomens wieght on his left side and making a step that makes uke's knee to bend and move out of the way.

do u know what is the main differenece between ouchi gari and kouchi makikomi, they look very similar to me

I think you mean kouchi gari, (minor inner reap) and kouchi makikomi. (minor inner wind) The winding (turning action) of the legs and body in all makikomi, categorises it away from reaping action throws. The ouchi-gari is the opposite leg to kouchi... and easier to get more power on because of the grips, and the forwards hip action. This isnt easy to understand, however take a look at other makikomi throws to gain insight, and other reaping throws.
