Going from Acheron who has only 2 decent lightcone options to Aventurine, who can use pretty much every Preservation lightcone in the game is so refreshing!
That's not fair. Acheron can also use any lightcone and still hit hard... provided she has 2 Nih at E0 😃
@@jakefrost8017Not really. Out of all the 4* Nihility lc, GNSW and Fermata is her alternative options. Most Nihility light cones available mainly provide damage or EHR for DoT comps, which Acheron doesn’t really used.
On the other hand, a lot of the Preservation light cones can be used for Aventurine because majority provides DEF and/or Effect res for the user.
@@jakefrost8017 How can you say this when so many of the nihility lightcones increase DOT damage when acheron is not a DOT nihility character so she cant even benefit from their buffs....
@@starlette7820 Have you seen hpw high she hits? 😆 She can outperform Jing Liu at S1 with a Bad LC
@jakefrost8017 it still sucks having so few options, it doesn't matter if she still hits hard if you are extremely limited in teamcomps AND light cone choice. Most people prefer to have a functioning light cone. The point of ops post had nothing to even do with how hard a character can hit. It's just the lack of useful options that they were lamenting lol
Everybody is talking about the intro, but it was the outro for me. I'm fully farmed to max him out. Can't wait to slap my mid af purity palace relics and Gepard's light cone on that magnificent creature tomorrow and blow through some previously challenging content.

Thank you for this! Helped me figure out my build and adjust it when I unintentionally got E1. Great well thought-out guide as always!! I was able to get teh 4k DEF and 80:180 ratio for crit but sucked on SPD so room for improvement there but I'm happy! Also that intro 😭

Funny enough, him and Fu Xuan are the 2 best tanks in the game with them being the unique element of Honkai of Imaginary and Quantum
Both have their advantages such as Aventurine has more options to go around in regards of his Builds while Fu Xuan's protection is less prone to expire faster
Even at E6, they're still equal with Aventurine leaning more on becoming DPS while Fu Xuan just keep the team alive better
Given Honkai's track record, the people making him did a good job to give him a good standing, but not much that it'd never shadowed the other Limited Tank
Imaginary is just like Geo and Quantum is just Reverse Dendro 😏

Im a new player and i recently pulled him right after i got gerads lightcone and he helped me clear world 6 with all characters lvl 50 and one lvl 40 thanks for the guide ❤

Geppie's built shield is really chonky so I'm sure I'll keep using him for certain occasion, I'm glad I have more options now

Aventurine also Buffed Yanqing. Since he can apply shield to all with Skill. Yanqing has no problem in enabling the talent without getting hit making it better pair than with Gepard, March, MC and FX

Wouldn't his shield expiration be a problem with e2 dhil- sparkle, jingliu/seele+ bronya, and advance forward hunt 3 star blessings?
I have no regret E6 Aventurine. My precious fruity boi deserves all the love
so by using his skill again the shield will stack but when I use it it doesn’t stack it stays halfway so am I missing something? Do I need constellations?

I have Aventurine and his light cone fully maxxed out, E0S1. My question is how did I take DMG while being shielded? Does certain types of enemy damage pass through his otherwise impenetrable shield?

Should have probably saved the loucha pulls for adventurine. I regret trying for Acherons LC despite having gnsw, wasted all those pulls for nothing.

Adventurine’s luck blessed me, got him in the first 10 pull, he was in 6th
Tenho gepard com cone, huo huo e luocha, mas sou péssimo a gerir recursos. Para sobreviver apartir do moc 9 só consigo com escudo e healer no team e não consigo passar o nivel 5 do ouro e engrenagens e desastre do enxame. Devo poupar sendo que tenho 60 de pity e tou no garantido ou vou no adventurine? Também tenho todos os 4 estrelas, todos os 5 estrelas do standart e tenho jin yuan, dan heng IL, Blade e SW.
