how stable is it i just bought a new G3 1036 , i weigh 235 lbs and reading all the negative comments on forums i’m worried i screwed up buying it

It’s a good little boat but definitely a 1 person boat on calm water it’s perfect for me to move around by myself and get anywhere I want to go. When the water gets rough it is a little scary but not bad at all. I want a 14’ John boat as well but just for different situations I will definitely keep the 10’ because I can haul it anywhere in the back of my truck without a trailer and I can carry it anywhere I want to go.

do ppl get mad at u fishing around their docks? I'm looking at jon boats to fish the channels back over by ponce inlet area. wonder if it will hold up in the saltwater. that little bugger kept coming back to be the star on your channel🤣

People never really get mad at me fishing their docks. One time years ago I got into an argument with a lady about catching the tarpon at her dock so I went 2 to 3 times a week and made it a point to fish her dock. The little jon boat will hold up good in salt water just make sure you clean it up after every use quick scrub and flush the motor and your good to go.
