Good video, I have the ser5 pro, its a great little machine, you can increase the tdp in bios from 35w to 40w which gives it a bit more power, also if you get the 32GB model, you can also allocate more vram to the apu, I've got mine up to 8GB!!! Massive performance boost with no overheating!
got one if you want to have it for a long time i recommand to put 40 Watts cpu max and your temp will not go higher than 75 and donwload RYZEN CONTROLLER to put in 40 watts everywhere and 75 max temp and put 8 gig ram in video memory if you have a 32 gig version ; have fun with this super pc/price :) that is for the 5800h version
I do some light 1080p video editing daily, office work and heavy multi tasking with different programs open at the same time. Should I get the pro just to be safe in terms of performance? I don't play any video games

This is really the best concise comparison so far. Only missing the power consumption part.

Sir I have a Ser5 MAX what do I need to do to get into the BIOS?
@kaguyashinomiya4294 if its the same as the pro hit F7 at the boot animation screen, it'll send you to a dialogue box, from where you can enter setup
I'm in the UK. The Beelink SER5 Mini PC, AMD Ryzen 5 5560U seems decent on Amazon for £263.20 .
Absolutely. Might get even lower with black friday/cyber monday too
@@SmallBoxCentral I'd take it if lower. I was looking at the Beelink N100, but i think i'd regret it. I won't game, but don't want stuff slowing.
Cool Video Bro. The R7 5800H on the Pro is a beast. I am really considering buying it thanks to this video.
Thank you my friend! Would you like to add me on Discord? Perhaps we can share tips with each other and grow our channels faster 👍
No bro, go for the 6800H with the 680m graphics. Thats A BEAST.
6000 series or bust

What about the fan noise? They say the Pro version gives more noise due to the hot processor

usb sound hear?
Fan noise?
Basically none on both
Why mine is like jet plane during take off in every situation ? 🤔
@@barboniveloci I think you can make changes in the bios to help with that. Thermal paste re applied with decent stuff will also help.
I recommend 7 3750h...it's a little better
I'll stick to my old hp mini pc for now , doesn't overheat.. probably cause it never runs fast enough too anyway 😂
Thanks for another great video 👍
