The SFV resurrection just doesn't have that same feel, y'know? It just seems like a regular super or special move, and it his voice isn't as impactful, he just kinda says it. Kinda disappointed with that but he still looks alright and kinda fun, I just hope they don't do him like they did dictator.
He's lost the bass in his voice, yeah. And he still didn't get his headbutt back. Clothesline doesn't have the same properties anymore either. But they game him "SFV renditions" of his other two 3S super arts back, along with the ethereal glow he previously had in that game. They really didn't have to even do 'this' much... but at least they did.

Seraphic should have had the chip dmg on boss version imo. Plus, his Fierce punches and Roundhouse kicks did chip too in 3S (but not in New Generation or Second Impact).
Man cant wait for season 5 we got 2 gill clones with seth and gill. Hopefully next season gives us new orignal characters and some returning favs. That more than 11 ppl care about lol.
He doesn't know how to deal with variable speed hadokens like all the rest. Only real challenges from this game IA are special bosses because of their cheats and overall overpowered features, nothing to do with AI. I got him too and found him way easier than Bison, for Ryu at least.
I got a feeling they're going to ban gill from tournaments except for seth, gill just seems too unfair especially when he parries and having raw strength at the same time, capcom should make everyone parry and rename it Street fighter 4th strike.
This is the buffed as all hell boss version, he has both his vtriggers on at the same time permanently, of course he seems strong. The base version of him is pretty normal in power level.
