There is something very special about GoW3’s overall pacing. I just cannot stop playing it as soon as I begin. Perfect pacing compared to its predecessors.

There's something really special about its overall controls, pacing, and fantastic balance of easily keeping your combos high even if it's trimmed down and simplified compared with the others. I plan on playing it a 3rd time guaranteed. Ascension is definitely underrated.

The boss fights in this game as a whole is probably the game with the best boss fights of all time.
GOW Ragnarok can never recapture the feeling of scale and epic feeling of facing a God.

Probably easily the most powerful pantheon in all GoW, seeing with how Kratos himself comes from there and Zeus' intro speech in GoW 3 about his pantheon.

The only frustrating thing about this fight was Poseidon's tunnel vision; every time he spoke it was to Kratos, the tiny demigod swinging around slashing at his pets and yet he didn't even once speak to or even acknowledge the presence of his own (Gigantic) grandmother Gaia who was as much a threat as her passenger
Poseidon knew the real threat was Kratos, he could’ve easily destroyed Gaia like like he did with the other titans hadnt it been for kratos, they weren’t shit to the gods (at least the big three). Gaia and the titans to kratos himself inadvertently served as a means to make ends meet against the gods in numbers (kratos even says this later on).
The old GOW has the best gameplay and cinematics.

Honestly wished Poseidon defeated Gaia single handedly and kratos fought him alone, that could legit be the biggest achievement for kratos out of all of them
God of war 3 graphics was so unique and eye catching
It's weird watching Kratos body Greek gods who are these colossal beings in power and size. Then watching him fight Baldur, you truly realize how much he's holding back. Every hit from young Kratos makes these giant sized beings flinch while older Kratos can't even make enemies like Baldur flinch hitting him.
Big does not Equals to more Powerful. Baldur would clap these big characters that your so fond off.
@@doomboi4675 I doubt he would. They have stated several times throughout 2018 gow and the new one that the Greeks were much more powerful than the norse, even Cory Balrog has said it. They might not be able to kill him but they would definitely incapacitate him, hell the sisters of fate could probably take away his invulnerability

In defense to Poseidon he was fighting Kratos and a Titan too, he barely could move thanks to gaia
The graphics alone on these games is absolutely stunning. I know this is the remastered version, but still, this game is visually stunning regardless. The newer games like Ragnarok™️ are truly magnificent, from the visuals, to the choice of plot line (Norse Mythology), to the execution of said plot line that involved incredible knowledge of the lore, and the overall character development they were able to achieve. I don’t think people really understand the difficulty in humanizing a character known for mercilessly slaughtering his entire family. Nothing seemed forced, there weren’t any glaring plot holes, and they introduced so many larger than life characters without having you go, “how? or why?”. Flawless execution ✌🏻
For someone who's known as the God of the sea, And the great 3, Poseidons death was pitiful. I think even Helios put up a decent fight before having his head ripped off. Poseidons gigantic form and serpentine horses didn't account to nothing.
Especially considering much weaker gods put up better fights later on
But then we wouldn't have fond memories of gouging his eyes out with both thumbsticks. :D

@@jamesmuise2499 we had to fight a bunch of shield enemies and a Cyclops for the Helios boss fight. Poseidon was just cinematic, once we free Gaia from his grasp and he is out of the sea, there is no fight whatsoever, it was just QTEs. Hades was a 3 level boss fight, and defeating Zeus to almost an hour.
@@wadeblack1814 I played through the game twice, and each time Helios went down faster than Posidon. When it comes to him you have a mini adventure on Gaia and then fight him directly. The shield enemies and one cyclops doesn't amount to that.

I was ready for this game since GOW2’s cliffhanger ending and kicking the can down the road prequels. Seeing Poseidon rise up to try and be intimidating only made me angrier. You really connected with Kratos playing this series.

When you read Greek lore and here the story of Medusa, and how he treated mortals, he truly deserved what came to him

In Gow Ghost of Sparta His Mom was in His Temple and Poseidon sent Scyalla to Kill Kratos even though he was supposed to be on the same side since Kratos was the New God of War.

There's no other game out there that gives you such a high level of satisfaction when you have just taken down an impossible boss fight like the god of war 3.i wanted Kratos to have his revenge to the fullest.these God's have been using him and playing mind games with him for many years it's time they got what they deserve.

Como es un jefe inicial no te van a dar todas las armas y magias de GOW 2 pero igual Kratos Kratos en teoría tenia el mismo poder que en GOW 2
