He was way ahead of the game, that's for sure. Have known about him for years, but yeah never really knew that much about him. Such a shame that he wasn't better appreciated in his day. Cheers for uploading, bro. To me, this channel has become kind of like a blend of the old school Nick's Strength and Power videos, Golden Era Bookworm but of course with a focus on natural athletes. Big props to you, man.

It’s funny that you know for a fact if this guy was a fitness influencer today he would be getting tonnes of “fake natty” accusations. Look at the picture on the far right at 5:50 - imagine he posted that on Instagram and said “100% Natty”... people would have a field day... those traps... 😂
Plus, if he looked that good back then, imagine him with the access to food/supplements, equipment and knowledge we have today. Dude would be an absolute beast.

I genuinely believe that what Arnold said in what of his older articles was true. "It is my opinion you can gain all the weight you want without them. Steroids are a very radical departure from physical culture. Far too much emphasis is placed on their value in the quest for an improved physique".
Yea they're useful, and the man himself used to pop 4 Dbol a day minimum. But that doesn't change that he was right in writing that.

I don't know how people can say that Greek and Roman statues were too large and well defined and could not have been based on real models. We have the photos of these men to lend credence to just how dynamic natural body builders can be. I just don't think anyone is comfortable with how far removed from the more holistic diets and exercises these gentlemen were surrounded by. A different way of life, and a true inspiration.

Natty Life : Thank you so much for uploading this video to UA-cam. This guy had a beautiful body. You look at so many body builders today, especially the ones who obviously do steroids; and when you see them on stage with their bloated bellies, my first thought is "When's the baby due?" And my next thought is, "Who's the daddy?" I'm talking about the men. Too much steroids makes a man look like he's pregnant. Steroids don't just make your muscles grow; they make your organs grow. That's why so many body builders die young. They die from multiple organ failure. Bobby Pandour had a beautiful body; a natural looking body.

    WHAT IS GYMNOPHOBIA?
It is an obsession that has to do with the body. In essence, it is the fear of nudity and it generates a lot of anguish and anxiety.
Gymnophobia shows a general fear of nudity, either seeing other people naked or being seen naked or even a combination of both at the same time. However, it is not the usual modesty that arises for this reason in society. The irrational fear experienced by gymnophobics constitutes a pathology and supposes a limitation. The problem prevents them from enjoying a healthy sexual life, but also from activities of daily existence, such as going to the beach or to the doctor, in which certain body exposure is necessary.
Due to the cultural influence of psychoanalysis, there is a tendency to think that this phobia comes from a trauma. But in reality it is not usually like that. Gymnophobia is caused by erroneous cognitive schemes - for example, by the excessive tendency to compare oneself with others - or poorly adaptive emotions, in the case of the compulsive need to satisfy the expectations of others in order to feel loved.
This leads to excessive self-criticism that prevents us from accepting our own body.
The truth is that it can have very different causes. Those who have experienced sexual trauma, for example, are at higher risk for this phobia, in part because they feel especially vulnerable when they are naked or experience nudity as a triggering event for that trauma.
Similarly, fear of nudity can also be caused by being raised in a conservative culture or religion that discourages nudity and sexual expression.
Children and adolescents can also develop this fear if they are bullied or shamed for some reason related to their bodies, for example if they are developing more or less rapidly than their peers.
In many cases, in fact, this problem ends up leading to body dysmorphic disorders in which the person becomes obsessed with some part of their anatomy and can completely distort physical reality. Fear of intimacy or feeling vulnerable is also a trigger. Lastly, having surgical scars or other disfigurements can cause further body shaming which can easily turn into gymnophobia.
The most effective treatment is psychotherapy. A mix between relaxation techniques and systematic desensitization or progressive approach to the feared stimuli.
Gymnophobia can be disabling in many cases, because something as simple as going to buy clothes at a shopping center can become a task that can be postponed indefinitely due to having common dressing rooms. In a school setting, they may skip the shower after playing sports or even ask to have sex in total darkness, with the lights off.
And it is that the fear of sex or sexual intimacy is included in a more generic category called "genophobia" or "erotophobia". It is a condition that can cause intense fear or panic when sexual intimacy is attempted. For some people, even thinking about it can cause these feelings.
Nudity is beautiful do not feel afraid or afraid to show it.

I’ve been a natural athlete all of my life I’m 33. I don’t know anything about steroids or gear or performance-enhancing drugs, except that I know about them. However, I’m also interested in making movies and being a action, hero star, and having the most incredible physique like Bruce Lee, but may be better if it’s possible. If it’s possible to have a better physique than any of these guys, I would like to do that. And for those couple of months that I’m making the film, I would like to use some type of something that will take me to the next level, but won’t harm my body. So I basically want to look like these guys or Bruce Lee and then take some thing and just have a type of scientific training that will make me the most amazing physic ever.

This should be the standard peak performance and those are hard and shaped muscles capable to generate loth of power. A balance between power and speed. He can run, swim, clime with ease and produce decent amount of static power. And that esthetic, by trade i am a stone sculptor and those are some magnificent proportions. He is almost 170cm were you start to loose the big head syndrome and the small wings and thick torso. And he always tilt his head to make it smaller on photo this guy was a artist a true visionary.
He bring the ancient Greek esthetic to modern era, a buff version of Michelangelo David.

In that modern example clip you showed the bodybuilder didn't really appear to be flexing his muscles on stage. By that I mean the tissue didn't seem to contract and relax very much as he posed. It's weird.
