For your question about Deadpool's head, yes, he can grow it back, or maybe he reattaches it. We saw his head come off when he was blown up in the second movie, and he regenerated off-screen, but I think it's more likely he just reattached it, because something weird happens when deadpool loses an arm or a leg. The limb grows back the size of a baby's at first and he has to wait a little for it to get to normal size again.
So, Deadpool's healing factor CAN regenerate him from decapitation, but it wouldn't regenerate his head, but his body. It was showed twice in Deadpool 2, once when Deadpool was lying on a few barrels of oil or gasoline, and he blowed it all throwing cigarette into one of barrels, and he was in a ,,few parts" but his body regenerated from head. On the second time, he was ripped in a half by Juggernaut, and he regenerated from the upper side of his body.
Deadpools creator Rob Liefeld said in an interview that if deadpools head were cut off, his body would regenerate a new head, not the other way around, which makes sense purely from an efficiency standpoint as its way quicker only having to regenerate a head vs an entire body.
One trivia bit someone pointed out in Evans' introduction shows just how dedicated the writing was for Deadpool & Wolverine when translated for other regions. In one country, different voice actors dubbed Johnny Storm and Captain America, and Deadpool recognized who it was because of the voice. In another, the same voice actor dubbed Deadpool and Johnny Storm, and Deadpool commented later that 'now you won't be confused about who is talking anymore.'
6:50 To answer your question, yes. He could. Cause in Deadpool 2, he LITERALLY blew himself up. His head came off, his arms got ripped off, and his body was blown to shreds. But he still came back.
1:45 Keep in mind, Wolverine’s skeleton is coated in nearly indestructible metal, which means it’s more like hitting a guy’s helmet head with a chunk of metal instead of a skull

In the very beginning of the movie (second one ), he blows himself up in multiple pieces , one of the body part was just his head, so, yeah, he was right @@joels5150
When you were talking about bullets not being extracted, it reminded me of how former president Theodore Roosevelt was shot before he gave a speech. The bullet went through his metal eyeglass case and a folded 50 page speech. He gave the speech for over an hour while he was bleeding. He then kept the bullet in his chest, the rest of his life. There are videos out there about that, and I would love for you to react to them.
Pretty sure he's able to come back from a drop of blood. It's been awhile since I've read any of the comics but I remember him coming back from basicly nothing atleast once
Wasn’t it made canon that it regrows from whatever part of him is bigger? Because he got sliced clean down the middle once, and since no part of him was bigger than the other, they both regenerated.
This movie was great partly because they got into how violent they can really get like in the comics. Wolverine and Deadpool have a VERRRRRRRRY BLOODY comic history. And fully engaging that really brought comics to the screen.

7:00 The answer is Yes, Deadpool can actually grow back from any limb or re-attach his head back. I think they explained this in Deadpool 2 - Where Juggernaut rip deadpool in half and the girl has to carry his upper body and lower limb. I think you should do Deadpool 2 Injuries after this video it be more fun as there are many injuries to discuss in the movie including where Juggernaut get electric wire up his buttocks.
You should react to the medical scenes from Marvel's Defenders saga (Daredevil, Punisher, etc.), there are tons of injuries in those shows and there are also scenes treating wounds that could be interesting to see your reaction/opinion.
Deadpool can regenerate from a decapitation, as well as brain trauma, however Wolverine and Sabertooth are susceptible to it. That's why Wolverine has the adamantium skeleton. The only thing that can pierce it is more adamantium, which is why the bullet worked on his clone in Logan. His healing factor stems from his brain. Wade's however, can literally bring him back from nothing in the comics. We don't know if that's true for the movie though.
7:02 Like in the movie, where he loses his legs when he is split in half by the Juggernaut, his legs regenerated. So it should probably work in the head too.
So Deadpool’s healing factor works where his soul remains, so say he’s cut in half (from the head to crotch, like a mortal kombat fatality) whichever part of him that keeps his soul would regenerate the other half that was lost, but the other half that doesn’t have a piece of his soul will not grow another him, so to answer your question his head would grow a new body but not the other way around. (Also the paralysis was from a version of Deadpool that used what seemed to be some form of tranq darts and hit him in the buttocks)
Fun fact if were to gather his parts and piece them together you end up with a evil deadpool. That happened in comics when a scientist became obsessed with deadpool.
