I really feel for you Chris when you were telling your story it was like you were telling my story I cut off every avenue where I can get my gear and as a last resort my wife having drug test and tested me whenever she had any doubts ,but I don’t want to sound negative but you won’t no till you and your Wife I’ve done a year two years three years and she doesn’t test you and you think you’ve beat it then honestly that’s when it pops its head up again because I’ve gone through it for the last 15 years it’s a fucking nightmare you just can’t never ever let your guard down , cause there will be a time when you can use and get away with it even 3 years down the line ,I no believe me , that’s the test , best wishes mate going forward ur not alone

The worst thing I ever did was pop tramadol. It's all nice at first but that does not last especially after almost 5 years. Dont do it people.

Billy i became an oramorf addiction after getting shot 5 times in the army. I never knew i was addiction for 4 years starting with df118 going on to oramorf. I'm stuck no one will help me. I'm at my wits end. I need off.

He played against us (Liverpool) for Coventry when he was 17. We won 1- 0 through a Jamie Redknapp tap in. If it wasnt for Chris Kirkland it would've been an absolute cricket score. Still to this day it's the finest display of Goalkeeping i've ever seen (and i don't say that lightly). I'm not sure but i think he may have got Man of the Match (Deservedly if he did). I was absolutely made up when we signed him.

I missed the chemist last year on the coronation weekend and I rattled off of 90ml of methadone cold turkey for 2 months with an acute version of the withdrawals he mentioned. Stay away from drugs folks.....

Your not wrong about feeling bare and exposed and your only getting to the real you without the the armour of drugs and your not sure if you like who you are because you don't know yourself with nothing in you to soften the harsh bits

Get depressed thinking how am I gonna get off this shit methadone ..stupidly I did it years ago it took 6months before I could sleep and feel normal ..and I'm looking forward to that hell again ..but I deserve it ..
