I’ve known jon a long time bill from back in day when he worked at lifestyles in Speke and I see him regularly in the gym now he’s a boss lad 💪🏼
My pals in jail for murder and attempted murder he flipped after being on a cocaine bender he tried to get diminished responsibility due to drug induced psychosis he got denied and found guilty of murder and attempted murder! I know it's hard to believe but he genuinely was a real nice lad wouldn't hurt a fly until that night he thought people were setting him up to get him went proper paranoid
Hence why it's a Class A drug.

I did a heavy ammount of mdma and was hearing lads talking to me who were in a different country. Thought they were with me. Also thought everyone was talking about me in a shop. This all happened the next day of a heavy ammount. It’s a funny story but mad what it does to you

Cry, talk embrace the trauma. Turn that trauma around. I did. God if you only new my story of my childhood.of course medication works, quality of life. Medication worked for me. Great talking therapy there and I know I am not alone.

Bill stated this once in a video and is totally right your always chasing the first feeling like all drugs .I personally indulged for over 2 decades were it was more a daily habit where i couldn't function even leaving for work without a line .Im not glorifying it Patricia just replying to your question .

@@PatriciaBrown1711 No i woke up one day and reality hit so i cleansed myself by throwing myself into fitness routines , power walking ,swimming weights,bag work ect which made mentally strong too .The biggest loss for me was a broken relationship and a strained bond with my daughter which is gradually getting there but the lost time you cant replace.I had a good source of income and worked also in a circle were it was always on tap so that was like making it a normal part of life .I appreciate what Bill says about family and can relate to what there mean to him.Ive a strong partner behind me and also have a strong bond with her young daughter so its like a second chance for me to make amends but ill never be able to get the time back i lost with my own but im trying to make up for it now.

Its great what you are doing with boxing, the podcast. Keep clean is 100% right. Dont even try a spliff, line or pill and avoid drink. Its something very dangerous and often people can fall into it when dealing with trauma, break ups or often hide behind it. Even doctors prescriptions can be habit forming and tranquillisers like valium are very dangerous and murder to quit and there are cases where people have had seizures and epileptic fits when theyve had bad withdrawals. Mothers little helper? No mothers hell.
Billy’s interview skill are top draw. Really calm, a great story teller and always gives his guest time to talk. Cheers mate 😊
My best mate was in the army from he was 16 till he was 29 got out had a brilliant job never smoked or ever took drugs ended up braking his ankle ended up addicted to painkillers then tried lemo once and couldn’t get off it for 6 months solid then he was found hung from a tree.
