- How to make a light and fluffy chiffon cake. Substitute the passionfruit liquid to milk or soy milk and add your own flavours.
Makes 20cm chiffon cake
Recipe
5 egg yolk
20g caster sugar
60g canola oil
90g passionfruit pulp and seed (1 1/2passionfruit)
70g cake flour (all purpose flour works too)
5 egg white
80g caster sugar
Icing
150ml whipping cream
20g sour cream
1/2 passionfruit
1/2 tsp vanilla paste
Topping
1 1/2 passionfruit for topping

Thank you for the recipe. Made this today and it is delicious, super light and fluffy. I had an issue with removing it from the tin, as mine doesn't get separated into two parts, might have to try a different one next time. Great recipe!
