S Ranking these hell stages can be extremely difficult without the correct units and setup needed to overcome the overwhelming amounts of enemy units and the enemy AI also using supports and supporters against you, but it's not impossible.
Something never changes, Space Deck is still superior even way back in the mobile ver. Fever Time basically negated Indie Support. A lot of Allien Units are also happened to be top tier in Reloaded and Mobile. Mars Shield is the best opener in this game with its low cost, Special and evasion.

You better f*cking pray the latter 2 are not added in a future update.... If there is gonna such one and instead there's gonna be paid content OUTSIDE the game... but dunno how's that gonna work so... SCRATCH THAT... So, lets just be patient and see if SNK got anything in store for this game.
This one seems easier than the PM one, nice work. My bet is that the Indie one will be the easiest since they are known to have the easiest units to use, but i could be wrong. Also, do you intend to make more farm versions of the ultimate bosses? like other factions? i'm just curious
Indie is worse than space since there's no reliable opener. It's mainly RNG with Jin and Red awakening. For Ultimate missions I won't cover with other factions, since the s rank requirement is doable with one faction at least.

I am having major issues with chapter 6 idk how to deal enough damage with the space army
Same... There's is nothing I can do to deploy the Space Army and save them...
I think there a bit of RNG in it with Mars shield because I don’t know what else they is to say or probably you need all POW upgrades for each unit
