One common example is the first part of the Champion's Ballad with the One-Hit Obliterator challenge and that one shrine "Start and Stop". But that one time I did not want to die was in the Pirate Stronghold (In Skyward Sword HD's Hero Mode) where a Beamos got me while trying to Perfect Shield the beam back. 😣💢

Not seeing much talk about the Majora's Mask and Ocarina of Time game over screens respectively. The darkness shrouds you as the light focuses on the defeated Link which the monster towers over him. Borne triumph over the hero of time, as the music fades into silence.
