He'd get near nowhere the top 50 let alone the top 16 if this frame is anything to go by. Snooker has moved on and gone up a few notches since Lee was on the scene.

There's a lot more match fixers in the game apart from those two....many players have been banned recently for cheating, but for some reason you don't get to hear about those.

Stephen Lee is a great player and should never have been barred from Professional Snooker for as long as he has been? He has a great cue action and can make the cue ball dance around the table.
John Higgins got away with much more? Higgins corruption was video taped, so how did he get away with it? Lee is now forced to make a living in Asia?

Stephen Lee was goind guilty of match-fixing. Doesn't mean he was guilty. That's not to say he was innocent or that i think he was, or indeed, wasn't. Having been found guilty, he is punished and has to complete that punishment. Not, he's done a few years, so let him off the rest.
In comparison to John Higgins, Lee was found guilty of match-fixing a professional World Snooker tournament. Higgins was caught on film agreeing to match-fix a game that had nothing to do with the governing body. Yes, he got away with a lot on a technicality. But that's why the discrepancy between the two cases.
Tragedy... how can they give him 12 years and JH only got 6 months? Ronnie throws games all the time, where is his comeuppance

Lee had a pretty decent career. What possessed him to get involved in betting and not expect to get found out? Great cueist but grossly obese, which can't help in long matches. The length of ban was definitely excessive. Higgins got away with what he did, which seems very unfair by comparison.
