If I was young and starting out, this would be an excellent choice. I like that kitchen. Very nice. I've heard it said that the kitchen is the heart of a home. 💕💕
I love how you announce yourself. Cause you might get shot. I live just down the road in Cheraw. Facts. Always announce yourself my friend. Keep them videos coming!!!!
I love the different words that you guys use to us here in Australia :) Screen door in the US vs Fly Screen here in Australia (We don't generally distinguish between the fly screen door or the fly screen windows). Also, I've always been fascinated by this trend in the US where when you move into a home it already has the white goods in it (Fridge, Microwave, etc...) and when you move out of a house, you leave the white goods behind. That's rather different to what we do here in Australia, where it's "Bring Your Own Whitegoods".
I have the same counter tops in my house around my kitchen simk its lasted 25 years . All houses used those type of counter tops for years until granite and all become popular.
Were using solid plastic but yes them countertops have been around forever the Formica face rest of its particleboard. They last a good time if you don’t let them get too wet.
I saw a couple of nice properties for sale in Darlington. I've been looking to move from CT to SC for a few years now. But Darlington is not an option for me because it doesn't offer much in the way of eye, foot and animal doctors, and stores within reasonable distance. Everything is far away and since I don't drive, that's a deal breaker for me.
@@mybrotherdonnie Nothing there in my price range that offers property. Looking for at least .75 acre so my dog has room to run and I don't have neighbors 20 feet away.
When i hear Clayton Modular mentioned , i get the shivers. Especially with UA-cam being full of "buyer beware" videos on that company name , from very recent video's (4 weeks) to years back on lawsuits , bad costumer service , lies & so forth. The list is long and diverse ... Any thoughts by you guys on this ?
To be honest, I’ve never bought a new Clayton Home i’m sure if you are used to a stick built home you would have a lot of problems with a mobile home. The fit and finish is totally different and very sloppy. I can see how you get very upset real quickly I’m buying for a rental house so I’m not as picky as somebody that was going to buy for their primary residence
@@mybrotherdonnie Yeah , i got the whole rental thing from the beginning , totally understand. I never lived in a stick built home , only brick & i'm not talking facade only (in & out). But yes i completely understand your reasoning for someone who has to downgrade homes , especially non-voluntary ...
@@mybrotherdonnie that water tank is WiFi not Bluetooth lol 😂 ours like that with the new eco be thermostat zero energy home with whole house exhaust system still no clue what that means lol 😂 we been in our home two weeks
Big improvement over the ones built a while back. 150k is not out of line with crazy prices on everything these days. Thanks for the tour, guys!
Thank you for watching
