Who makes that incline bench machine
I see sooooo many beginners at the gym doing pull rows super strict and they do not get the stretch at the end of the exercise. I guess they will figure it out in 10 years when they don't have a thick back. LOL
Rather see super strict technique than the usual ego lifts.
Damn mark DID get old.

He did talk about it in a past video, that video was over 1 hour long so maybe you didn't catch it. I really don't remember what he said about super training gym but that building also includes the new podcast Studio
Because they have a podcast studio but more importantly they have better high speed internet and a podcast tower so they can get more area coverage for live pods. Just kidding.
His gym was a free invitation only gym but he cannot afford this anymore so he downsizing to a membership based gym. To keep membership costs low he needed a smaller space
Downsizing more than likely not to end up poor.
@@ebbs0000 Gen Z and younger millennials do not lift weights or exercise much so gyms are going under left and right..
@davidwagner9644 the gyms are full of the younger generation more then ever thanks to social media
