    I train at midnight so sunlight is nonexistent to me. 😭
    I find it very hard to believe Mark qualified for Boston, he must be in the 3:30 BQ range. 🤔🤔🤔

    I remember hearing that saying of every hour before 11 was 2 hours of sleep from a presentation of Charles Poliquin. I’m sure it’s still floating around somewhere on UA-cam. I don’t remember the specifics of what he referenced though

      Change that as soon as you can. check out actuarial tables for night workers- its called the graveyard shift for a reason

    I keep checking in, hoping powerlifting content comes back, but just like my dad when I was growing up it only pops in once in awhile and never stays😢😭

    For a different view on protein, check out Dr. Steven Gundry. He is well known for his work on gut bugs. He says that to much protein is bad for your gut biom. If you thought about any other nutrient, or anything else for that matter, everything causes problems when you have too much or too little. For some reason people tend to believe that protein lives outside this paradigm

      Agree there. The longest living people in the world do not gorge on Protein every hour of the day and they do perfectly fine. There’s negative consequences to it, with activation of mTor, IGF-1 and increase in cancer risk, reduced longevity etc.
      Also, how the hell human beings have rationalised that there’s ANY need for processed whey protein powders/crap, is totally beyond me. We’ve survived 100 thousands of year without it…imagine that…it’s marketing bullshit…

      Are most people having too much protein? No most people are under 1.6g/kg

      Gundry spends the first half of his book demonizing plans and the second half of the same book trying to persuade you to eat more. dr ken berry is way more coherent and appears to have no agenda other than getting people healthy
