(2010) Powell Valley at Gate City

In a classic Southwest Virginia rivalry between two of its most successful football programs, the Powell Valley Vikings (3-4) travel to Legion Field to take on the Gate City Blue Devils (6-2). Will the Blue Devils come away with another victory in what has been a solid season, or will the struggling Vikings come away with an upset victory that would result in a great momentum boost?

@kbaker02 Powell Valley is just having a rough year, and Gate City is strong once more. When (or better yet, if) they meet one another again in the playoffs, I look for the result to be about the same. I'm just not sure the Vikings can ever play competitively with Gate City given their current state of affairs.
