Man what a gorgeous build, well done. I'm looking to buy a 2024 Caledonia 5 and am finding stock is pretty low in the frame size I need (58). If I purchase online through someone like Mike's Bikes I have no say in how many headset spacers and what my final stem length should be. Suppose the best option is to have my LBS order it from Cervelo and work with them. I know it's an obvious point but do you have any other direction? Love the level of detail to your build, it's what makes your Cale 5 standout in a crowd.
Super sweet ride Chad. Love everything about the bike and the content is amazing. Your best one yet! Really like the CS pulley wheels and you need to be giving master classes in handlebar tape. Never seen anyone do a job this pro. 👍👍👍👍👍
I use a level on the ground to make sure they are equal left to right. When it comes to how I "roll" the bar, that is preference from 25 years of riding road. Great question.
That's a good question. I would say that it does and it has some design element under the clearcoat as well, although I would say it's much more subdued.
I have not yet personally, but we have several customers running them at the moment. I love my latex tubes, so I have been stubborn to try them for myself. I do carry one as a spare in my seat bag because they are SOOO LIGHT.
@@chadshanks5409 I feel like the TPUs are enough of a compromise with a little less maintenance as far as having to constantly inflate like with latex, but the light weight factor as well as the ability to carry many of them is hard to ignore haha
My god that is beautiful, brother...
Thank you for saying that!
Very nice, I love Cervelo bikes
Really nice build, different and beautiful, the wheels look great for the frame color
I love to watch your entertaining and motivating videos. Great work, great bike. Thank you, Chad.

Nice ride Chad! Hope to see you at your race coming up soon!
Excellent bike. There's a style to it that's all your own.

You are too kind Howard!
Incredible build! loving all the details, never would have thought those ally wheels would work so well with it. Not a fan of Tubeless?
Thanks! I setup tubeless allll day long and have a gravel bike and MTB that is tubeless. I don't see a need for my road bike.
So clean!
Nice color
Very nice build! How do you know the exact angle of the handlebar? Just experience?

Is the color white or blue?
Does this Glacier color from Cervello have a iridescent nature like the oasis and the five black to it or is it just a pale blue?

Have you tried TPU tubes?
