I enjoyed your reaction and your appreciation for the genius that is Eminem. The Death of Slim Shady Coup De Grace is his newest album wherein he's letting his fans be that Slim Shady was a part of his career when he was young, angry and on drugs. He's in a new stage at 52 and some fans want Slim Shady back. Re his speedy rapping, I think people forget that he was beaten into a coma at school when he was 9 years old and overdosed 2007. It's amazing to me that his brain is still so awesome.
I was so happy that you did an Eminem. He dropped a new album earlier this year so there is plenty of new music. Not all have videos yet. I recommend Temporary, it has a surprise in it that you may or may not know about. Guilty Conscious 2 , and Toby. I’m not sure what other songs have video’s. It is a concept album and should be listed to from front to back. Be a rebel if you want. Steve Miller put a positive comment somewhere about Em using Abracadabra. He loved what he did with it and honored. ❤❤❤
When I heard this I remembered the 1st concert I ever went to was the Steve Miller band and their #1 hit at the point & time was Abracadabra! Lol. I was 14! Lol. Yes I'm old! Lol.
If you want interesting word play his new feature on LL Cool J's Murdergram Deux is great. He has an entire mafia scheme and the tie in with lasagna is a chef's kiss. Also it is the first time Em has worked with LL who he credits as the rapper that most influenced him as a child to become a rapper.
0:57 when it comes to words I think he's the best poet ever. How he does it I have no idea I mean if I had an idea I think I wouldn't be commenting right now I would think well I could be commenting but I'd be on some yacht in the Caribbean somewhere
@1:10 wordsmith is the term I think you were looking for. Also if you really want tochear some amazing word play look up his song where he rhymes orange if you haven't.
4:20 the whole album is amazing it's called the death of Slim Shady also there is an interview with Slim Shady and Marshall Mathers So basically Eminem interviewing Eminem it's hilarious. If he never did music I think he could do stand-up comedy
11:06 I was shocked that Pete Davidson was in it. I figured they were done with that whole joke. Apparently not and I'm not sick of it yet so can't wait for more music videos Eminem's like a drug the second he puts out an album I want another one one is Never Enough it's like I want more I was hoping there was going to be a side B
I can not recommend enough that you listen to a little Kendrick Lamar. His rhythmic ability, phrasing cadence and flow when he raps is like that of a jazz musician. On your own time put on some headphones and listen to a full album. All if them are great but I would recommend "To Pimp a Butterfly" musically I just love it. For the album "DAMN" he won a Pulitzer Prize and "Good Kid Madd City" is a concept album that plays like a movie. He's super talented and works with incredible musicians. If you wanted to react to a song and video I would check out "Kendrick Lamar - The Heart Part 5"
Literally and I mean literally everybody who saw Pete Davidson show up thought it was a shock. I don't think you get it, Pete Davidson was or still is friends with Machine Gun Kelly and that doesn't work well with Eminem in it
When watching an Eminem music video sometimes it's best to watch the video first. then go back through the lyrics .....otherwise you will miss a lot! Lol.
Only Eminem would put a Sherri Papini bar in a song. Out of nowhere.
It's a multiple entendre, Sherri Papini same syllables as Harry Houdini and she faked her own kidnapping. Caught the kid napping 😴 never did happen.
Like Sherri Papini, he vanished (after Harris lost).
@@christopher4101 found the dude whose whole life revolves around politics lmao, weirdo
@@CarolinaPride95 W for Trump in N & S Carolina... Whoo Whoot!🎉 Don't be sad. Celebrate.
@@christopher4101 it's not about trump its about anyone who is CONSTANTLY thinking about politics, it's sad tbh
"Renaissance Man" feels like an oddly appropriate channel title for reviewing this song. It's truly the "Rebirth" of Slim Shady ❤
The first track on his new album is called Renaissance.

I can tell you just love music and talent. I’m Gen X and here for it.❤️
Same!

Right there with ya. I was 16 when I saw my first concert which was Styx and The Babys for The Grand Illusion Tour in 78'.
The prick like "me" and cacti "be" pause is because he wants it to synch up with the songs time signature and he is rhyming two off beat sentences.
IHOP on tracks like a kangaroo IHOP on tracks like a king I rule 52 year old goat still killing it
The Renaissance Men are coming to Town....
Great reaction!

Fuel by Em and Jid

I knew about the Machine Gun Kelly beef but wasn't aware of the Pete Davidson angle of it. Thanks for the info.
Worked just fine for people who don't like MGK! LOL

Speaking of Houdini if you ever get a chance you should do a reaction to Dua LIPA tiny desk houdini.
Please, do a reaction to Yelawolf ft. Eminem - Best Friend. It's Eminem's greatest verse.
Lame as f...not trolling... just a humble oppinion, em has way better songs/videos😅 godzillas my fav, correct if I'm wrong. Atleast on style.
Houdini? I'm reminded of that American saying: "Tardy to the party" but there's also another I should mention: "better late than never" 🫠
