All those low and high spots is why you only do one panel at a time, get one panel perfect then move to the next, it allows you to only concentrate on one small area at a time
Some would argue that method saying to bolt them all up and then do all your body filler work so you can get the body lines matched. I did both methods and I agree with doing each panel as it's easier to control on a panel stand. I also saw the benefit of hangin the doors and guards and matching the body lines as well while together. I actually ended up welding wire to fill door gaps that I didnt see while they were on a panel stand.

Yeah I might do that, gasket seems very porous, like felt material.
Good work bud. If that was polyester it will need to be coated with a primer sealer. Either wet on wet or as youve been doing it. Polyester filler is made up from the same ingredients as bog,thats why its thick. Block sand again using the powder guide coat.. and then apply the 2pack primer sealer which will lay down smoother.
