It helped me a lot when i truely started to meditate over the experiences and begin to watch emotions~and the thougths birthed by it. In the light of awareness now my old habitual patterns no longer limiting the life i live. 😃
it scared the hell out of me when i met or seen the creator and been given visions and manifestations.
i saw deities, the devil and gods and goddesses and their personalities.
i no longer try to meditate because ive opened my mind into other dimensions.

Meditation is about observation. Being aware of thoughts and feeling without attaching yourself to them. Meditation is 💯 about awareness. Hes absolutely right.
💯 about awareness being aware of itself. That's the ultimate goal.
Someone asked Trungpa Rimpoche about boredom in meditation and he said,” oh! boredom!! That’s exactly when awareness starts to get really interesting! Boredom is wonderful! But if you are bored, you are not paying attention!”

Meditating while in pain is the hardest of all meditations
or the easiest....
Meditation during pain is easy, you mean the experience is hard.
you can wash away that pain. i was having bad cramps. its always been like this every month.
but one day, was suffering terribly, a voice im very familiar with and have loved commanded and made a sweeping motion of my body. the holographic energy structure of my body sort of washed away down stream and the mentrual cramps was gone entirely.
thaw was a year ago. until now the pain during my period no longer there.
I would say meditation when in turmoil is the hardest. Or when we are so far off center, for example, after doom scrolling for a few hours, then being present and aware is like super boring and unattainable. Less is more
It's difficult only if your goal is to remove the pain. Awareness of the pain in itself is meditation. Once you become fully aware of the pain, you will find where the pain is not.

Funny you should say that as _Rinpoche_ is a Tibetan honorific term that means "precious one" or "precious jewel".

I believe I may be at this point. But true peace is already with me at this time. My spiritual and body transformation shines light. I am a beautiful razor. Balanced.
This is a good reminder. Meditation is a complete shut down and when you feel like you’re shutting down and about to get scared and get up go with it. Go deeper. The fear will disappear and you’ll get closer and closer to the real shut down. It’s amazing. What you’re shutting down and resetting is the entire universe. And the reset is the resurrection of a new system. The new you. Fully recommend meditation.

ive become a warhead. i recounted the archaic war between dark and light. im stuck in this paradigm.
I experienced fear so strong I flinched and stopped meditating for some time. It came so suddenly. I am back on the path but regret wasting that time because I did not know what to do with that fear. I hope that if it comes again I will not flinch but stay with that experience and continue. This information is very helpful. Thank you.

@@user-pi9wh8io5b the fear mentioned is not a metaphicial fear. My fear was a physical, adrenaline driven, lightening. strike ,blood chilling, moment of stark staring Fear.
My continuing fear was that it would happen again.

When you read the dhammapada and various Buddhist canonical books, you can get that meditation, is nothing of what the west perpetuates, meditation is a unison of the 4 yogas, Bhakti yoga, your emotions and devotions, Nana yoga, your intelligence, reading, thinking and applying, Kriya yoga, your energies, your vibrations and frequency, and Karma yoga, your physical labor, exercise, and weight training, like martial arts, are all forms of meditating, when you can bring all 4 yogas into unison, you become a meditative Yogi, a Adiyogi, is a master of all yogas, which can traverse realms.
This Buddhist Bhodivista has explained it as simple as it can be, the west has to always butcher the meaning and teachings of other religions. Namaste 🙏

When the moment comes, it's telling you to let go, see what happens, without intention. The most wonders appear, but don't hesitate, let them also go away like a cloud of appearance. Then there will be a state, where your mind stops harassing you, stops asking just being. Peace will come, joy will come, clarity will come in the way of pure awareness and being. This is the state I love to be in.
Facts. Been a daily meditator for 10 years and it's now in a place where the surges that he described - peace, calm, and joy - do not take place as often as they did in the beginning. It's just noticing I'm here, my being. It isn't dull per se, but I don't go into it for that anymore. I just do it now because I do it, I'm trapped. I'll let it take me where it does, right here and now. To now. The moment.
How long you meditate daily?
@@dynamicdkl nowadays, I say two periods of approximately 40 minutes sitting in quiet, but I meditate all day, reciting my mantra (mentally), while focusing on my breath as I'm a truck driver. I spend a lot of time alone so it's nice.
The Transcendence is always peaceful.

What's there not to understand here? He explained very clearly.
You sit and meditate whether you feel joyful or dull. That's not the point. Awareness is the point. Your mind associates meditation with calm, Buddha face relax peace... But that's not the truth. Mind will grasp at this when on days you don't feel peace or calm while meditating.

My god, thank you. I always get so bored and distracted. Sometimes even during guided meditations! And, the few times the meditation did feel decent, I didn't know why! Awareness focus, got it!

My experience exactly.
I never understand people who says meditation made them feel calm, peace, & joy. I don't experience that.
It’s because studies have shown you can “cultivate” these things with CBT exercises such as meditation. But like the good guy said, meditation is just to keep focus of something even if just being aware of the changes around and “within” you.

I love Sam Harris' waking up app. It helped me a lot to arrive to this same conclusion. Being mindfull and let go of attachment to experience just be present without judgement and take a step back, let go the meditator.
