    i can confirm this 100%
i have been suffering from severe anxiety for 10 years. 6 years of this i had the severest insomnia one can imagine. My panic attacks lasted for days without stopping...when they stopped then only for some minutes until they came back. The only thing that helped me overcome this nightmare was to invite the panic with utter acceptance and let it do whatever it does.
by welcoming it it became less and less...it is possible to overcome this. The result of this journey for me was a very softened heart and compassion for all beings.

Yes, the host is beautiful. I do research on how Buddhism disappeared in Bihar. I realized it never disappeared from Bihar. Buddhists simply failed to research Indian Buddhism. They looked at Buddhism through the sphere of their own cultures searching for only the Buddha. Buddha had a myriad of names in different villages according to his teachings there. Example. His favorite teaching was 'Lust and desire causes pain. Remove lust and desire, and pain is removed'. Translated into Bihari (where the Buddha story took place) it is DHUKH HARAN meaning to remove dukha. Three dozen villages pray to DUKH HARAN Baba. Its clear that DUKH HARAN Baba is none other than the Buddha. Problem is Buddhists are searching only for the Buddha. In the real Vaishali the Buddha begged for alms. The locals there pray to 'BHIKHAINI' Baba (Beggar Baba). Bhikhaini was mispronounced by Buddhists as Bhikshu. Who is BHIKHAINI Baba. The Buddha no doubt. But people are searching for a man called Buddha. In the real Vaishali, in Beluha the Buddha suffered a sickness and felt he had grown old. The locals pray to 'BURHA' Baba (Old Baba). Who is BURHA Baba. The Buddha no doubt. In the real Vaishali the Lichavies pressurized Buddha not to die. They trailed him to Bandagawan pressurizing him not to die. To put pressure in Hindi is DABESHWAR. Three dozen villages around the stupa where Buddha gave the Lichavies his patra, the villagers pray to Baba 'DABESHWAR NATH' meaning the man who won the pressurizing game. It was the the Buddha no doubt as he gave the Lichavies his patra and succeded in sending them back. But Buddhists are searching for the Buddha. In Pidhauli (Vaishali) the local deity is Bardiha Baba. Bardiha means the Baba who didn't allow us to stay where he was staying. Bardiha Baba is the Buddha no doubt because he didn't allow the crowd of Lichavies to stay with him in Bandagama. Forgive me for commenting out of the topic. I just wanted to impart this information to Buddhists.

8:50 Q: How do we kind of strengthen this little inner voice so that it becomes an enabler instead of a limitation for us in achieving our goals?
9:07 A: Appreciation/gratitude. So maybe at the beginning of the day, try to take 5 minutes just to write down one or two things you are grateful for and then repeat that in the day.
11:46 Q: How can we see Panic as our Friend?
    12:19 A: 3 steps
1st step (12:26) : Awareness through meditation (breathing meditation, meditate with the sound, mental recitation...)
2nd step (14:31) : We need to feel our body.
3rd step (15:09) : When we experience anxiety, then feel the anxiety.
    24:51 Appreciation

The bounties will fill your life and you will be astonished ❤ All your senses will open without expectation. I have no anxiety and no panic attacks...I don't stress about anything I freeze time to be in my meeting on time, I calm my mind and never worry about daily basics because it will be there as long as I do my part... I love how the true practices and traditions all have their own way of boiling down to the universal truth: we are the loving awareness aka universal consciousness watching all of these "objects" of consciousness. Everything we take in through the senses is not us, but something we're noticing. A tip that I contemplate often is this: if it's not permanent and is fleeting, it is something I'm watching and not who I am and thus is not where sat-chit-Ananda lies.
We are perfect soul, or as the Buddhist say the golden buddha covered in mud and nothing can take that away from us. Paramhansa Yogananda has taught me so much about this truth.
Christ said this perfectly: To the one who is victorious (overcomes the world of senses), I will give the right to sit with me on my throne, just as I was victorious and sat down with my Father on his throne." The throne being the seat of consciousness.

    • @moonsod1113
      @moonsod1113 4 місяці тому +1

It is absolutely untrue that you have to renounce family life or anything else. Being enlightened myself, I know this to be true. The outward life has nothing to do with spirituality. You change inwardly, not outwardly. All you have to do is to see life as it actually is, to see what awareness truly is. In fact it is to see what is right in front of our nose, what has always been there. Our rfeaal nature is very subtle and abstract; we only need to see that. Meditation reveals that sky-like simple awareness just by unfolding what is not obvious to the mundane mind.

    Very nice Interaction..
Enlightenment is not destiny or journey.. it is life long process to discover that is within you, the inner self. Awareness, Compassion and Wisdom fully discovered within is Enlightenment. No need to go on journey to find out your destiny.. it is within, that is Heart fullness. When you discover Awareness, Love, Compassion and Wisdom everybody has opportunity for enlightenment I.e. Sansara becomes Nirvana, Bhagwan Buddha exclaimed when he discovered it under the Peepal Tree, but it is a life long process, it is best to help each other, reciprocate harmony as we all are INTERDEPENDENT..! hence forgive and forget..!
_Yes, it is the secret of success of ones Life Process._
And because lack of Awareness, Love, Compassion and Wisdom, Vaidik Hindus are in sufferings.. unresfullness Chaos everywhere..!
    Nobody can save them..!
Thank you Bhante Mingyur Rinpoche and Master Shobha Rana in finding the meaning of LIFE..!

*Human Awakening with Buddha, Dhamma and Sangha*
*Buddha's Dhamma is the Dhamma of intellectuals. Those who are intellectuals can understand. Only those people who have even the slightest ability to understand Buddha can understand Buddha, Dhamma, and Sangha. The Dhamma of Lord Buddha is for all those people who have even the slightest desire to learn further, hope to develop their mind, and have even the slightest faith. Buddha is not a religion, it is a path to develop consciousness, it is a non-stop learning..!*

Rinpoche is amazing as usual.
