Although not as indepth as Gundam Breaker. > Most of the time, Devs gift stuff to players, limited missions to get certain mobile suits become available to earn, and it is garenteed to occur on anniversary or events. > Clan system for community & tokens. > Custom match be fun sometimes. Especially if you go all pilots on a specific area on the map to duke it out third person shooter call of duty/uncharted 3 style. Expectations: > Realistic Mecha means movement won't feel as smooth for obvious reasons, but it is easy to get a hang of. > Learning the basic combat may take around 2 weeks while months to be good at advanced techniques and longer to learn gamesense. > Skill can allow one to rise the ranks up to A rating, but requires gamesense to get to S rating. > Expect to be stomped. > Explore the military base & talk to NPCs to be familiar to the area. It is a small area. > Pilot mode basically has you fly on a jetpack if not in a Mobile suit/tank/vehicle. Cons: > Only real P2W aspect is the gacha custom parts as it makes the 700 cost mobile suits be extra dangerous. Still beatable tho. > Coop & Custom have a lot of untapped potential but not sure why it is not expanded on. > Rewards from Coop refresh very rarely. > Must have a solid internet connection or ethernet cable. Why old reviews like that? Cuz when it opened, the connection to server was terrible. The optimization is valid tho since sometimes fps lag is sometimes near unavoidable... However, the fps issue can be resolved with a better gaming laptop/pc.
Cool to see the Gundam unit actively working in tandem and defending the GM with its more durable armor. In a lot of the series the Ace suits seem to do their own thing while the grunts battle it out on their own.

@@Beachhead13If the kit is released as a P(remium) Bandai kit, the stock of available kits will be very low and people (and scalpers) will be fighting to order at least one.
This version of GM is cool and even better because it doesn't turn him into a joke, because he always explodes in the first scene, and even more so the mono eye like the zakus, and very interesting, since we never saw it in the anime maybe I didn't check, in the machines' instruction book or in the manga,
If it wasnt for the ending to being really dumb this was a really good show and surprisingly the GM's don't magically explode in the presenceof named character zakus.
The GM EX is a newer mobile suite compared to the currently fielded Zakus. The GM EX was probably rated to survive at least a shot or two from beam weapons. These Zakus were not rated for beam weapons because they haven't faced an enemy that uses beam weapons yet.
Reminder that the event of RoV took place at the North West side of Operation Odessa, just opposite of where the white base corp took place in the South East, really makes the Gundam EX even special and somewhat desperate that the EFF is throwing everything at zeon
I like how at the very end they make sure to let you know that right after these events the GM went right back to being useless again and dying in one short burst of zeon gunfire.
That's one tough GM, like holy crap it can take insane kind of punishment, repeatedly get shot by large caliber cannon, struck by axe, get repeated shot by 120mm machine gun rounds. It refuse to go down and can still run fast as f.
Can GM even tank that amount of Zaku machine gun at all? I’m pretty sure the zaku machine gun should be able to chew through it let alone a bazooka unless is modifier gm with better plating?
I don't know how I got here but I am happy notheless If someone can enlighten me, is this part of any anime or game universe or just UA-camr animation? Thnx in advance
Um no that's lore accurate when the gm first came out they were superior than the zaku specs and more armored as well in fact zaku machine gun couldn't even dent a gm
for the first time in Gundam history, the GM does not just fall over in a stiff breeze because there is a Monoeye on screen. However it should not have survived so much damage, sure the GMs where tougher then the Zaku but not THAT much tougher. I also preferred the IGLOO version of the first mass deployment of the GMs at Operation Odessa, which was a much larger battle and it makes sense that they would have some initial problems, as all new systems do. It also makes sense that Zeon would know how to fight Mobile suits, as they had been using them for a while, its why i liked seeing the GM ground types falling into that huge trench due to the inexperience of the EFF pilots.
Honestly we never seen gm that accurate, able to tank the zaku axe unlike most gundam series gm got slice like a cake. And plus i love how the zeon tried to stole the gm to use against the earth federation

From what the GM EX has from more indepth: > Beam Spray gun (standard). > Rocket Bazooka (EX version, specific version is not found on GBO2, settled on the Rocket Bazooka as it has the most similarities. Fed prob tried to mix an upgraded Hyper Bazooka with the Rocket Bazooka). > 2 Beam Sabers (EX version with similar specs to Gundam EX's beam sabers, designed to have a backup beam saber, but able to duel-wield should it lose the shield in combat). > Large Shield (EX, version not found in GBO2). Main differences from GM/GM Kai: > No Vulcans. > More overall armor to ballistic weaponry, but weak to melee/beam. > Staggers less. > Most likely has similar thrusters to Gundam EX (aka instead of height, jumps are more length-wise). Checked between GM/GM Kai to see that a standard Fed MP Grunt Mobile Suit has 4 thuster exhaust attached below the backpack. This GM EX has 2 thuster exhaust attached higher but now directly on the back of the backpack. Suprised there is no instance of the GM EX using the thusters. > Seems to be similar to the GM Ground-Type in terms of lacking vulcans and it's performance during the OYW, could be the basis alongside the GM to create the GM EX along with GM Kai. > Has 2 beam sabers at their disposal while a standard has 1. > Seems to be much faster in walkspeed than a normal GM. > Definitely outperforms the GM, but may rival GM Kai or GM Sniper II in performance. > Does not seem to have Evasion Emergency module (GBO2 stuff, but saying it can't do a dodge roll).
Can we talk about how a spray of pellets stopped the beam rifle that can easily melt through an MS' armor in a single shot? It might not be the Gundam's rifle whose first appearance has it melt through an MS and a building behind it but still!
@@trollinoakenshield9822 Given how impervious the GMs are in this show, it is safe to say that they are also made from Luna Titanium so I don't know about using GMs as a metric of the beam spray gun's capability to melt through MS. > Despite a gacha existing, it is quite f2p friendly mostly. Ranging from doing dailies & saving tokens to deciding which part of the banner to pull from. 3 tokens per day, 30 tokens for a multi from normal banners (bonus drop rate) and 15 tokens from discount multi (usually from step-up banners, no drop rates in the first few steps).
> Some level of customizing, but not to the level of the new Gundam game (Gundam Breaker?).
> Has co-op/singleplayer content, but debatable on how good it is as the game focuses on PvP. Gives 3 tokens on refresh (unknown refresh rate).
> Has custom games, has a lot of fun potential, but Bandai is probably too afraid.
> There are often limited time missions that give strong mobile suits.
> Effectiveness on the mobile suit is based on the pilot's skills.
> Can exit Mobile Suits to fly around as a pilot with jetpack. This feature is quite fun in a custom match if everyone agrees to duke it out on a pecticular map spot third-person shooter Call of Duty style.
> Devs tend to give everyone who logs in rewards at random. Garenteed if on Anniversary (right now).
> Code Fairy singleplayer experience. Basically, it's like Halo Campaign with GBO2 gameplay. Only on console sadly.
> Crate drops occur at end of match, but gives decent rewards in due time.
Expected (Neither pro or con):
> Closest game to a multiplayer Realistic Mecha game aside Gundam Evolution.
> Movement is "clunky" but is expected in most Realistic Mecha games.
> Game takes time to learn and play. May take at most 2 weeks to learn basics proficiently. 1 to 2 months to learn advanced techniques ground combat. May take even longer to learn similar teamplay found in Overwatch 2 (either combat) and advanced techniques in space combat.
> Has Ground and Space combat.
> Expect to be stomped if new, a lot.
> Pilot combat. Every pilot has the same loadout.
> Badge system where getting Platinum Badge by doing enough monthly mission will unlock a login reward section to give a Mobile suit with rarity tied to how long ago since the start of the month (early = 4 star, middle of month = 3 star, late in the month = 2 star).
> Crate system gives mobile suits, custom parts, tokens (summon currency), dp (currency for trade or upgrading), recycle tickets (good to get certain mobile suits that seem out of reach). However, you have to farm hard or be extremely lucky to get a drop unless a drop rate campaign is ongoing.
> Rating system exists. Higher rating = more EXP and currency.
Cons:
> Only real p2w aspect is the custom parts as some buff mobile suits generally. However, it is not beyond busted as skill level is heavily tied to performance aside teamplay in A rank or higher.
> Co-op and Custom matches have HUGE potential, but not yet realized.
> May require a good laptop or PC to play it at 30-60 fps.
> Requires solid internet connection or an ethernet cable.
> Badge system favors p2w unless you plan extremely far ahead with saving the tokens and farm hard for easy to achieve missions to get bronze/silver/gold badges for more crate drops.
Why current review exist?: Those exist during the opening of GBO2 back when it was new. It had pretty terrible internet connection issues back then, now it is mostly resolved.
What is happening right now?:
Nu Gundam and Sazabi are given out as a gift from devs among multiple rewards. Limited missions exist to give exclusive mobile suits only rewarded though those missions.
Gl and hf!
@phantomzero2413 pretty sure I made a reply, but I think something occurred that prevented me from successfully posting the reply.
The Reply:
Ultimately, it depends if you want to invest time into GBO2 as the game is an F2P Realistic Mecha tactical shooter.
Pros:
> Skill is what ultimately determines who is the better pilot regardless of p2w options.
> F2P friendly with daily 3 tokens and multi on normal banner with feature rates up usually is 30 tokens while stepup is either discount (15) but no rate up until later steps.
> Other gamemodes like Custom, Co-op, and ranked (different from Rating battle).
> Getting rating up increases game currency (DP) and military rank exp (aka progression to get other mobile suits in DP shop).
> Custom parts, Weapon, and Paint customization.
Expectations:
> Realistic Mecha means movement won't feel as smooth for obvious reasons, but it is easy to get a hang of.
Cons:
> Only real P2W aspect is the gacha custom parts as it makes the 700 cost mobile suits be extra dangerous. Still beatable tho.
> Coop & Custom have a lot of untapped potential but not sure why it is not expanded on.
> Rewards from Coop refresh very rarely.
> Must have a solid internet connection or ethernet cable. PC specs have to be average or better. You may be better off getting a PS4/PS5 to play it.
> Code Fairy (standalone singleplayer that uses GBO2 mechanics) is only playable on PS4/PS5.
> Badge system favors P2W players unless you prepare extensively on tokens and farm for crate drops daily to increase the badges.
Why old reviews like that? Cuz when it opened, the connection to server was terrible. The optimization is valid tho since sometimes fps lag is sometimes near unavoidable... However, the fps issue can be resolved with a better gaming laptop/pc.
@@phantomzero2413 no.. lol. Lmao
@@phantomzero2413 if you really like Gundam then sure, otherwise it's not that good of a game lol
The show are alright but it’s only 20 minutes per episode all together around 2 and a half hours. Was expecting it to be longer
6 episodes just isn't enough in most cases, unless we're talking about War in the Pocket lol.
It basically was a movie
Cool to see the Gundam unit actively working in tandem and defending the GM with its more durable armor.
In a lot of the series the Ace suits seem to do their own thing while the grunts battle it out on their own.
Even weird since the pilot's a kid, which in Gundam usually means they're not too interested in keeping their grunt comrades alive most of the time lol
i really want a HG kit of this gm
Hopefully not P-Bandai

You know, I don’t know what I expected.
120mm pounding by the cockpit and the pilot still survives.
This GM must have Gundarium. I've seen them shredded by less.
This version of GM is cool and even better because it doesn't turn him into a joke, because he always explodes in the first scene, and even more so the mono eye like the zakus, and very interesting, since we never saw it in the anime maybe I didn't check, in the machines' instruction book or in the manga,
ビームは脅威的だけどガンダム程の装甲はないからザクでも撃破できる塩梅の強さがジムらしくて好き
And in space it's better than the Rick Dom! But on the ground the Dom is much faster.
最初の追い回されてピンチになってる所をガンダムに助けられてるジムが完全にヒロイン枠
If it wasnt for the ending to being really dumb this was a really good show and surprisingly the GM's don't magically explode in the presenceof named character zakus.
I hope that we get this as a high-grade so I can do a little bit of army building. This is got to be my favorite iteration of the GM so far!
The strongest GM in the series!
Finally, walking tanks that feel like walking tanks
Tbf, the walking tanks perspective is much more a western concept, gundam leans more into the fighter jet evolution
量産型なのにザクのマシンガンを耐えるジムEXの装甲硬すぎんか?
The GM EX is a newer mobile suite compared to the currently fielded Zakus. The GM EX was probably rated to survive at least a shot or two from beam weapons. These Zakus were not rated for beam weapons because they haven't faced an enemy that uses beam weapons yet.
たぶん陸戦型ジムと同じ先行量産モデルだろうから

Pilot gundam EX is kids with very advanced computer skills
From the GM data monitor when Afee hijack the MS, it show the names of the other GM pilots.
Murphy, Shaun, and Carl.
The dudes playing chess
I thought Fed ms would be much more aggressive
I thought the GM would be a powerhouse wreaking havoc to the zeon alongside the gundam until the last episode

Hey, at least they didn't blow up instantly..
Love it GM -EX❤❤❤
we really need more badass GM moments. will they make guncannons next?
Reminder that the event of RoV took place at the North West side of Operation Odessa, just opposite of where the white base corp took place in the South East, really makes the Gundam EX even special and somewhat desperate that the EFF is throwing everything at zeon
The show where the gms can actually be breathed on without exploding. 10/10

Maybe these are related to the GM Ground Type, which had Luna Titanium.
What happens in 2:53? I don’t understand
The GM pilot was leaving his machine and the main character wouldn’t stoop to firing on a fleeing combatant that the gundam was protecting.
The one moment when a mere GM is downright terrifying
If a Zaku can throw down with a Gundam, then a GM can do much better
왜 맨날 연방은 악당으로 나오는 거야...
GM이 주인공으로 나오는 작품도 보고 싶다~~~
This is the first show about Zeon that didn't give GM's PLA based armor
I like how at the very end they make sure to let you know that right after these events the GM went right back to being useless again and dying in one short burst of zeon gunfire.
What movie/adaptation/show is this?
That's one tough GM, like holy crap it can take insane kind of punishment, repeatedly get shot by large caliber cannon, struck by axe, get repeated shot by 120mm machine gun rounds. It refuse to go down and can still run fast as f.
Can GM even tank that amount of Zaku machine gun at all? I’m pretty sure the zaku machine gun should be able to chew through it let alone a bazooka unless is modifier gm with better plating?
Yeah GMs are fast but not super tanky other than original Ground GMs.
Probably a prototype variant with lunar titanium armor.
What were Zeon using? Training rounds?
IGLOOのGMは豆腐のような柔らかさでしたが、EXのGMは異常な硬さです。陸戦型GMの系列だと思われます。

@@FederationMS787 thank you please put in description for others. I did not know either!! its good
One thing I don't like about the show is how they make it look like that the Zaku machine gun can't do much damage to a GM
Um no that's lore accurate when the gm first came out they were superior than the zaku specs and more armored as well in fact zaku machine gun couldn't even dent a gm
@Vsm426 really
Its an RGM-79G(e) so its related to the gundam ex and is much better than a normal gm
@@Vsm426bruh then most gundam shows/mangas/games ain’t lore friendly
for the first time in Gundam history, the GM does not just fall over in a stiff breeze because there is a Monoeye on screen.
0:02 "Ah, S*it! Here we go again."
Only reason I like this Gundam's design is you can see the lineage to the EZ8 and ground gundams.
what is this from?
Honestly we never seen gm that accurate, able to tank the zaku axe unlike most gundam series gm got slice like a cake. And plus i love how the zeon tried to stole the gm to use against the earth federation

From what the GM EX has from more indepth:
> Beam Spray gun (standard).
Main differences from GM/GM Kai:
> No Vulcans.
> Does not seem to have Evasion Emergency module (GBO2 stuff, but saying it can't do a dodge roll).
finally a cannon-level GM
Can we talk about how a spray of pellets stopped the beam rifle that can easily melt through an MS' armor in a single shot? It might not be the Gundam's rifle whose first appearance has it melt through an MS and a building behind it but still!
Maybe due to the beam gun shorter range? It can't even melt through other GM torso.
@@trollinoakenshield9822 Given how impervious the GMs are in this show, it is safe to say that they are also made from Luna Titanium so I don't know about using GMs as a metric of the beam spray gun's capability to melt through MS.
(That said though, there are other worse cases of beam weapons being inconsistently depicted in the show, like the one time Gundam's beam rifle failed to penetrate because it hit the tank track addon armor)
@AnakinSkyobiliviator it is actually lore accurate GM. Titanium alloy are supposed to be durable enough to withstand zaku mgun. But yeah gundam series always inconsistent, like how 2 zaku shield welded together is enough to make ez8 super tanky.
@@trollinoakenshield9822 Ez8 got Zaku shields? I never noticed this before.

the zakus here can really fight, except for those cannon fodder mobile suits in gundam wing
Is it made of gundarium alloy or something? Why is this GM so bulletproof?
Earlier versions of GM's have luna titanium.
the story, characters, and human models were complete doodoo... but the mech fights were legit!
Could've been more than just another bullet sponge that lasts longer. I expected to see more of the FD using this rather than by the hands of Zeon units.
If the GM would’ve focused the Zaku instead of acting like a terminator then they would’ve gotten the rest of Wolf Squad
That GM armor still holding up to Heat hawks.
I don't gives a cares to what happen to the higher ups and the elite on both side, but common working folks fought against each other on both sides, heart breaking.
That GM was very durable.
Is the GM really a monoeye?
It wouldn't be Gundam unless a mobile suit was stolen....
I cant wait to see the model
I look forward to these being added to Mobile Suit Gundam: BO2.
ジムはデュアルアイをサンバイザーで覆っているので 単眼だと違和感が半端ない
Have no idea who was who but it looked good
this looks so cool to me
this is pretty much lore accurate RGM-79 in general or just for the Ground Type
GM Ground Type having armor Equal to Gundam Ground Type and they are tanky because they are supposed to render most of Zeon Mobile Suit Weapon less effective. and also fun fact, GM itself is way more effective to absord damage compared to zaku due to Federation choose to use Titanium Composite instead Super Hard Steel used by Zeon.
