Your title says Balboa 21. Balboa only made 20 and 26 footers. This looks like an Aquarius 21 like the one I used to have. Great little boat. Sailed like a big boat. Handled over 20 knots easily. Thanks for saving another plastic classic!
No, Balboa (Coastal Recreation) made a 20, 21, 23 and 26. The 21 was actually an Aquarius 21 with minor modifications and it was last build in 1981.
Sorry but no, Balboa produced several models, Balboa 20, Balboa 21 (a variation on Aquarius 21), Balboa 23 and Balboa 26.
