Hubby and I are considering this with two kiddos! Would love to actually talk to someone whos done this within the past few years and has children (and pets!) to get a little more info on how they went about it with kids! If we didn’t have kids we would just take the profits from selling our house and go and figure it out when we got there but since we have two kids both under 5 I’d like some stability for them!

Beautiful and exciting! Did the house come with the furniture or did you ship most of it there in a shipping container? My husband and I are trying to move to the big island with our baby in 8 months or so.. lots of planning and many questions as you guys might know!
