Hello, planning going on a vacation in Hawaii with friends next month (April 15-19). Do we have to quarantine even though we have been fully vaccinated?

If your flying from in the US Canadá and I can’t remember the other place then you need to get a COVID test 72 hours before your flight that takes you directly to hawaii and need to upload your negative results to the hawaii site and can only get tested from their trusted partners

yes, only way to be exempt from quarantine is if you provide a negative covid test taken within 72 hrs of your trip from a trusted hawaii partner.
