Happy birthday! Your mom did an awesome job! Sounds like a perfect birthday celebration. This reminded me of when my daughter was in middle school. She wanted to have friends over for a Halloween movie. While she was at school I decorated the kitchen with cute Halloween party theme. I had cupcakes and snacks. I'll never forget the look on her face when she saw the kitchen. She was so excited. I'll cherish that memory forever. She is now 29. 😊❤

Pre-made cheesecake in a tub, added pumkin puree, and spices to half of it. I layered crushed graham crackers and the plain cheesecake and then added the flavored cheesecake. Super simple but so good!!
