you need to add hinges in the blades, so it flaps freely, which makes the blades find it's way in the air to reduce the rotor drag on the chassis

Your Autogyro doesn't have flapping mechanism to counter the differential lift. Make individual hinges for each rotor. Or reduce number of rotors to 2 and have a central hinge.
Perhaps you need some lateral stabilization, on other autogyros i saw a mehanism to change the plane of the rotor , with two servos . This give yo control over elevation and lateral inclination .

I think the roll axis is unstable towards the front. Add some horizontal stabilization in the front.

I think your carbon rod to the proppelor is flexing to much and torqing , make a proppellor mount from a stiffer plate material
Remove that big propeller an fit wings please
because it doesn't have enough drag
an air plane needs drag to create lift and moving Force create speed so wind takes drag to fly
simple answer: you need more propeller or make it big
