I just installed one of these in my 2012 350 and if you take the white clips off the tabs on the old trim piece and put them on the new one it will get rid of that slop at the top of the radio. I figured that out after watching your video because I wasn't very crazy about how it wiggled like that. Hope that helps

Great install! Does the sync usb and aux still work? Also, I noticed both of our trucks only had single zone climate control but the screen now has dual climate controls. Does it actually now separate each zone with their own temp? Or is the screen just offering that and the zones are still synced?
I just ordered one of this Tesla style Android systems thru Amazon but is being shipped from China. I’m a little concern that something goes wrong with the unit being that I paid about $850. You responded to one of your comments that the screen had gone black. Was you able to fix it? Or did they replaced the unit? Also I was told that it doesn’t come with instructions, I have a 2014 Ford Edge and I’d like to know how you found out how to install it?
Hey! I had to get mine warranted which took about a month and a half. Still waiting on updated software. There was no instructions but I was able to figure it out

Sync does and I don’t use the aux honey. Dual zone I believe works I’ll double check!

Connect via Bluetooth and allow access for CarPlay and it syncs
