It's refreshing to watch someone who's not a total tool snob. You don't seem to mind trying cheaper tools. I appreciate an honest test of them. By the way thanks for the recommendation of Eastwoods mig 140. I'm still trying to get used to it but living it eventually I hope to lay down a strong weld that looks good.
yes I checked with 5 stores and finally got one, I was told most stores are only getting 4 in at a time and they usually sell out in a week or less. I have been using mine and I think that they're a good deal FOR THE PRICE.
I picked up a chinesium table for under $80 shipping included. No fixture clamps/pins/etc, but a very nice table (flat/stable and with casters). Lots of options out there for all the budget minded consumers.
I love it when someone is surprised that a really thin table top is thicker than they thought it would be. But, it’s a nice table considering the price. It’s nice to see the enthusiasm.
That's so cool, most people wouldn't even want to scratch their new table, & your welding it...CRAZY! I think you need some lights under those cabinets so you can see what your welding & shit. Love the 2nd channel by the way!
I built a 30x60 a few years ago with a 3/8 top. Drilling 426ish holes, 2 annular cutters later, I would have definitely bought this before drilling for 6 hours!
@@caseyscustoms2 yeah it was... I was second guessing myself after the first hour🤣. It was also one of the hottest days on record in WA, it was over 100 degrees in my shop. Definitely glad I did it.. so much easier to lay shit out now.
@@253fabricationThe only mistake you made was not making it out of at least 1/2 plate. You want a welding table to be ridged. Btw these tables are cheaper version of the Klutch welding tables that have been around for years.
I want to see yhe shop truck as the next giveaway! Always loved that truck! Keep up the good work brother, you now have my two favorite channels on youtube!
Already loving the second channel! If I had a garage, I would grab a few of these. Keep up the good work, and I can't wait for some 1 hour bangers... Much love from the Chi... Easy!
I wouldn’t weld them together because it will warp them. Use some steel strap to tie the two together. And that way you can separate them if needed. Just use tap screws to mount them together between the legs and the frames under the top
I have subbed. You have 818 on here now. Will be like a day and you'll see over 1000. I like that table. I didn't even know HF sold them. Good stuff. I'd like to see more welding if you're able.
My question is what’s is one thing you wish your shop had that you wish you could have planned it from the beginning? I recently had a garage fire and it was a total loss. I am now rebuilding and if there was something that I should add now before it’s built and I’m thinking “damn, I should have planned that better. Love your content and I follow both channels. I really respect your videos, and you make me laugh at least once in each one! Keep it up brother, and giveaway the Model A!
I love the second channel already I like the idea of you reviewing more products on this channel. When you recommended the magnetic induction heater on the main channel, I had to go out and buy one. Awesome tool indeed As always Casey keep up the great work. I appreciate it man
Looks like a solid welding table. I have one of their old ones where I can slide it under my work bench when it's not being used. Those look great. Thanks for the review. I'm subscribed to both now.
Hey Casey, I saw someone I can't remember talking about those table. He loved them to, so much he brought 5 of them(Of course he had a bigger shop). He took 4 of the and put them together like you did, then the 5th one he had it as a single that he could move around his shop. Oh he also put wheels on the big table and the single, so he could move it around his shop. I've been trying to get one, but like you said they are hard to find, I think my Harbor Freight gets their restock on Tuesday. An FYI for your viewers, make friends with the manager and workers at HF, and they can hook you up sometimes. I mean like let you know when a hard to find item is going to be back in the store. Now a suggestion for you Casey, you might want to get 1 more and put wheels on it. Because I've watched a lot of your videos and you seam to do welding where you need it. Just saying, and if you are pressed for room, you can always hang it from the celling. I found that bike overhead pulley systems work great for stuff like that. I really like your new channel.
What is the go with your second shop? Im guessing it is bigger than your home shop and you pay rent for it? Do you mostly use it for storage? Did you previously work out of it full time?
With their weekend discount these were 152. I will say The vevor one has worse clamps (and less clamps come with it) also the vevor top is also 1/8th and this one is a hair under 1/4”. I will say I’m not familiar with the others though, only the vevor and the harbor freight.
The problem is they either don't even send them to some stores employee greed. I have checked every Thursday and Friday at my local stores. I only have two within sensible driving distances. They get trucks in on Thursdays. I call at least 4 times over two days and have for the last almost three months. No tables. I even told a store manager I would buy five of them if he would call me when they came in. Northern just ran their Klutch table on sale for $179 with free shipping. They have plenty in stock. They are the same exact table.
Casey, when appropriate, can you vlog about bagged suspension in this channel. I mean I've seen you install them on multiple cars, but what about ride quality, towing/strength? I mean if I bag my 67 F100 am I going to be driving a bosu ball down the road that can only tow an unloaded HF 4x8 trailer? #inquiringmindswanttoknow
Don’t weld it together. Leave it apart, put on locking casters. That way, you can pull it out and clamp side to side or length ways as needed. Clamp using the frame underneath.
More swearing to watch on another channel .keep up the good no nonsense no bull reviews .I'd like to see the shop truck as a giveaway reason being you've had it 6 years .Time for the Ford turbo to be the new shop truck 😊
I think some cool new videos would be... Some artistic shit! My dad made some really cool welding art. (For Example. DozenS of old saw blades welded into the shape of a swan. A really cool windmill out of rebar and scrap metal. A bunch more stuff too) i think that would expand your audience. If you are interested i can send you pics of his stuff, that you could try to duplicate. Or use for inspiration
It's a Northern Tool clone at a better price... it's 4mm not 3/16th. closer to 5/32nd. The clamps need to be held on by a nut & not tension in the dog holes. Many have welded both the Titanium and the Northern tables together to make larger tables... on YT...
Here I am over here wanting to buy a welding table now…. Got no place to put one, I’m not a welder…. What am I even doing?! Casey, sometimes you really do infuriate me…..
Model A is where it's @!!!! I love old cars and the simplicity of a lot of the mechanical stuff.

You should find better channels to watch there's dozens of channels that use cheap tools. Dirt lifestyle is one.

For 150 bucks i was assuming damn near sheet metal honestly lol
Thanks, Casey. Enjoying your second channel. I would rather have the truck of any of the giveaways. 😮🇺🇸🦅
Hey Casey, I put 4 of them together, 3' x 8'. Now were talking useful !! I mounted them on a 4 x 2 steel frame. Pretty nice !
That’s freaking awesome lol

Thank you!
Been watching you for a couple years . Don't wanna miss anything lmao . Great builds and always entertaining.

I got good and bad from harbor freight and I am thinking about 4 if these to make make nice table setup
Man I need that bad. Especially 2 welded together.

And now your table isn't flat anymore. Good vid
Good review
New channels deserves a new opening clip.
I guess I was already subscribed to your second channel from when it was going to be a more PG channel. Lol😅
“I promise I’m done babbling.” To those new to the channel, that’s a lie … 😂
I like this. Keep the builds to your original, and the other stuff here.
here to support man. i always enjoy your videos

put some wood on the support between the legs and then you get a storage shelf as well.
Or a fire.
The $1000 mustang shop bench.
nice setup.. not the first but still sick. some one else did 4 of them together.
This is cool do whatever dude - - I love watching you build shit -- What's your favorite part of doing these builds?

what are going to use under the 50 chev for a chassis? is it going to be a custom like the honda?
You can run some angle iron underneath it so you won't have need for the middle legs anymore that way you can sit underneath it somewhat

I think the truck is gonna win lol
You should get a first gen s10

Sorry for pointing this out but the lower shelf/brace thing on the right table looks crooked, especially in the back right corner.
I put a metal shelf in the bottom frame of my table.
