Come on, this doesn't happen. If family doesn't even show, there's a reason. Is it her 10th wedding or something? Maybe he's a criminal? Her family is protesting something for sure.
That could all be true, but why rsvp then? Especially the ones that also confirmed with the bride the week of the event? They could have made the same statement by just rsvp’ing “no”.

As much as I feel there’s something being left out of the story, however it’s 100% rude to RSVP that you’re going and not show up. It also cost the couple money if the reception is catered.
@@JimLambier I once got an invitation for a birthday party for a child I babysat occasionally . . . and I wanted to attend, only I received the invitation a day or two after the party.
She’s playing innocent. I guarantee there’s a good reason why people didn’t show and it’s definitely her fault. It’s not the economy, its her or something she did or said or required. Why doesn’t she tell the truth? We know it’s her fault.
I feel something is wrong here. This story is similar to the story of a kid who invited his classmates to his birthday party, but none of them came. He felt lonely and sad. His story was publicized to the public. In the end, everyone threw him a really great birthday party. Maybe this couple used this story, to make everyone feel sorry for them and they will get a free big wedding? Hmmm…
It's like the old saying, if 1 person calls you an a-hole, it's an opinion, if 2 people call you an a-hole you have to wonder, if 3 people say it, you're most likely the a-hole. If 40 of your "closest" friends did this to you, you're the problem.
If it makes you feel better too, no one showed up to my baby shower and that's why I don't like having them. It made me so upset because either everyone canceled same day of baby shower or people said they were coming and didn't show up and 2 people came. My husband and the friend throwing it.
It happens. No one from my family attended my wedding. Sad, but I have to ask if people won't attend weddings or baby showers, if there's not some wisdom in just walking away.
My mom had to cancel my baby shower like 3 days before it was set. Everyone had said yes initially but then right before a big flu bug hit and everyone started canceling. What bugged me was she never rescheduled it. we ended up doing a "baby shower open house" ourselves.
Don't feel bad. It was my b day a couple days ago and not even my mom told me happy birthday( she lives with me). As long as your happy and got your beautiful family by your side. Thats all that matters!!!
i can understand that some people can't make it to the Wedding out of money issues, but the people who live in the same Oregon should have said something instead of nothing

I'm glad most of y'all see what I see. Cuz there has got to be something more to this story. They invited people to a wedding, and NO ONE showed up? Not even the women, who absolutely love weddings? Nah, something doesn't add up.
Was anyone there for the wedding vows? Did they go to the justice of the peace and had a reception? What happened leading up to this? So many questions!!!
I was thinking that too Becouse if people cared and loved her they would’ve showed up, probably something deeper and we don’t know both sides of the story so can’t make that judgement and assume
There has got to be more to this story. I’ve heard of the guests not showing up to a kid’s birthday party, but never anything like this. It’s a whole on wedding.
There is something out of kilter about this: they must have known beforehand - with bridesmaids and ushers, best friends or whatever noping out. Parents, grandparents or siblings surely would have let them know they weren’t coming. Maybe people only realised the “masquerade” detail at the last minute; it would put me off, for a start. I could NEVER voluntarily go to a masquearde anyway, and a wedding isn’t something you can just throw on a bandana for and say you’re a pirate.
Usually when people don't show up to a wedding is because they don't approve of one of the parties involved. There is a deeper problem when your rsvp guests gaslight you.
I feel for her but the fact that there was ZERO family members makes me question if there's a deeper problem....

My wife and I got married at a small farm house with only 12 people in attendance and that's exactly how we wanted it. Second to our daughter being born that was the best day of my life.
There is something as sad as nobody attending 7yo birthday even for adult. Poor new couple.
It happened to my kid and everyone said they were coming , too.
That happened to me as a kid more than once.
This is sad to see.
If people had reasons for possible absences, they should have shared them beforehand.
I feel upset for the bride and groom.
This whole story seems unbelievably sincere.
You mean unbelievably insincere? It's fake.
@ Your comment is unbelievably sincere.
I'm not embracing them, Im giving them the side eye 👀 sounds like her family isn't even speaking to them since she went on TV instead of asking them why directly.
😢 That's heart breaking. Happened to me for a baby shower. Makes you feel so sad . I'm sorry.
Same here. Baby shower. Only three people came.
No family. I am 60. It’s been 24 years and I still think about it.
It makes you feel unloved. Unimportant!! 😢😢
Same baby shower.
@@ms.krueger2660 You were 36. I'm guessing it wasn't your first child??
@@ms.krueger2660 same girl if it wasn’t for my husband family it probably be like 12 people 😩😩😩 but I was grateful 🥲
😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂
This is why my husband and I eloped. I can’t deal with people
Amen
No, it is NEVER ok to RSVP then NOT show up!
That's just rude etiquette.
Unless it was a sudden personal emergency like a major car accident or medical emergency, show up if you RSVP'd!
I used to have family members that would RSVP for party but they never show up
Rude etiquette?? That's a double negative if I ever saw one. Lol
😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂
I don't believe that '40 people' RSVP then don't show up.
So sorry! I usually don’t go to birthdays and weekends because I have to work. But those people who don’t work and say they will go, they should show up.
Why was he wearing jeans? There has to be much more to the story!
lmao i’m sorry but i read your comment and instantly started cracking up lmao why was he wearing jeans ? there has to be more to this 😂😂😂😂😂 this was great 😂😊
As much as I feel there’s something being left out of the story, however it’s 100% rude to RSVP that you’re going and not show up. It also cost the couple money if the reception is catered.
Now let’s hear from some of the people who were supposed to be there😂😂. Sorry but there just too many questions here.
My money is on the wrong date or location on the wedding invite.
@@JimLambier I once got an invitation for a birthday party for a child I babysat occasionally . . . and I wanted to attend, only I received the invitation a day or two after the party.
As an introvert with few friends who plans to get married someday this is my worst nightmare
Hmmm…
The only people that actually mattered were there....wishing you a long, loving and happy marriage!
I’ve always heard this to be true. You will only have a handful of true ones in your life anyways
Thank you. I counted about 5 ppl there. I thought 0 people were in attendance.
I'm sorry this happened to u. Don't let ur wedding define your marriage. Praying for ur family.
People don't show up for no reason. Especially if FREE FOOD is involved.
"Inside Edition: There's Always More to the Story"
It's like the old saying, if 1 person calls you an a-hole, it's an opinion, if 2 people call you an a-hole you have to wonder, if 3 people say it, you're most likely the a-hole. If 40 of your "closest" friends did this to you, you're the problem.
He wore his best jeans too.😢. Lol
😂😂
That disturbs me more than no one showing up 😂
If it makes you feel better too, no one showed up to my baby shower and that's why I don't like having them.
@EremiasRanwolf-d6z 💙
My mom had to cancel my baby shower like 3 days before it was set. Everyone had said yes initially but then right before a big flu bug hit and everyone started canceling. What bugged me was she never rescheduled it. we ended up doing a "baby shower open house" ourselves.
@@chemrebel 💜 aw I'm sorry things happened at the worst time. Seems to always be the problem.... sickness ugh.
Either a stunt or nobody from both sides of her family dont care for her, this is sad honestly blessings to her
Maybe they eloped and this is just a stunt.
Don't feel bad. It was my b day a couple days ago and not even my mom told me happy birthday( she lives with me). As long as your happy and got your beautiful family by your side. Thats all that matters!!!
Happy belated birthday 🎉
@@phoenixrobinson4804 Thank you
Happy belated birthday
Happy Belated! Hope you enjoyed
Happy Belated Birthday 🎉🎂🙏🏽
Something just doesn’t make sense to me. I don’t believe it actually happened as reported
i can understand that some people can't make it to the Wedding out of money issues, but the people who live in the same Oregon should have said something instead of nothing
Imagine wearing jeans to your wedding smh
Imagine caring about someone else's clothes they choose to wear in their wedding...
@cassandrahughes2897 classy lol
Well, they did spend $3000 dollars on their wedding.. who can afford a tux.
I can't believe it cost that much. A bunch of fake flora and fairly lights. You can get that stuff at Dollaf Tree.
This was a set up to garner sympathy & MONEY! Lets see what they get!
Imagine being so immature that you make fun of other peoples clothing choices. Smh.
0:16 The bride walked into an empty wedding venue, glanced around at the rows of empty seats, and sighed, “Well, at least the photographer will have an easy job!”
I'm glad most of y'all see what I see. Cuz there has got to be something more to this story. They invited people to a wedding, and NO ONE showed up? Not even the women, who absolutely love weddings? Nah, something doesn't add up.
Oh please! Stop. Take accountability…They didn’t agree with the union. Girl bye.
Was anyone there for the wedding vows? Did they go to the justice of the peace and had a reception? What happened leading up to this? So many questions!!!
If nobody showed up to my wedding I would take a good look at myself in the mirror. It would be time for me to become a better person.
I'm guessing she's not a likeable person in real life
EXACTLY. The simplest answer is more likely the most accurate.
She is karen
I was thinking that too Becouse if people cared and loved her they would’ve showed up, probably something deeper and we don’t know both sides of the story so can’t make that judgement and assume
You can’t assume that.
@@purple7vi0letehh in this case yes
The dressings don't seem like a wedding occasion. What does it take to attach some professionalism to such a special occasion?
STOP!!! tell us the truth
I thought they were going to say there was an error on the invitation
I did too. When they walked into the venue I thought they'd announce they'd made a month mistake with the address. This is strange.
What about their close family like parents and siblings? Seems weird they just didnt call or text saying they werent coming. This is weird
Omg that's absolutely heartbreaking 😢.
THEY'RE TRYING TO GET A FREE WEDDING!!😂😂😂
This is suspicious because they don’t even look surprised this story is based off of attention and air time
this truly sounds like they did this on purpose to get attention and of course inside edition did a story on it, they will report paint drying
Did all her friends and family meet up after the wedding and collectively decide to ditch the reception? What in tarnation?!😢
Her Mom was there. 5 people showed up. She might have poo poo family and friends or there's something else she didn't want to share.
Yeah. I agree she’s lying about something.
I believe there is more to this story that is not being shared
Usually when people don't show up to a wedding is because they don't approve of one of the parties involved. There is a deeper problem when your rsvp guests gaslight you.
Something is strange here. A few no shows is normal-but everyone?
There’s gotta be more to the story because people don’t just RSVP and not show up . I feel like they did this just for clout .
Sorry but they're clearly not giving the full story ...
