I used to think Jon was overkill with the screaming until i realized how much of a health hazard it really is

As someone who grew up on this show, and now works in a food service environment, seeing all these health violations I now understand why Jon got so mad 😭

Absolutely, he´s yelling is nothing compared the yelling the customers would end up with, after receiving the hospital bill´s.
I’ve worked in restaurants that utilize subpar methods myself, and I’ve gotten sick because I ate their food several times, though I’ve never had to go to the hospital, thankfully. The last one I worked at was actually shut down by the health department and purchased and reopened by another one of our competitors. The head chef and several line cooks were fired as well. The previous owner was out a lot of money and fully deserved it. If you’re gonna be lazy, stay away from the service industry.
Can we get a Jon and Gordon Ramsey to team up in visiting bars and restaurants, both of them would for sure turn a place around
They've both answered that and said the networks are preventing from doing so. But they would love to in theory

Sometimes I wish I was abrasive like Taffer. When he talks, everyone listens.
If you just had the same attitude you wouldn’t get anywhere. It works for John because 1-He has many years of experience 2-He has money 3-They want something from him. Not only will fans come to visit these bars long after the show airing, he put a lot of money and resources into these failures and they have to go through the purgatory of being berated on the show for his ratings in order to get that renovation/notoriety. So yeah they will sit there and get yelled at and listen for the most part. Even the worst owners would usually back down and apologize for his money and to be on an airing show.
I seen better Cooks in McDonald's restaurant or any fast food restaurant then these bar Cooks
My 12 year old is a better, more capable cook... And she's autistic with ADHD. These guys are pathetic.
Trust me, it’s not much better at fast food restaurants. Most of my job experience in kitchens and they’ve all got problems. There is a major lack of training and care that goes into dish washing, food prep and storage and cleaning in general. When I used to walk into McDonald’s for my closing shift I could spot literally 20 health violations from when I walked into the restaurant to when I got to the back and clocked in. It’s disgusting, and I honestly don’t know how half these corporations are still in business. They should’ve been shut down or scaled back a long time ago. I worked in a Wendy’s that failed 7 consecutive health inspections because the day crew didn’t give a shit and the night crew couldn’t clean everything by ourselves no matter how hard we tried because half of it was dirty again the next day.

Tbh, the concept the Nevada Brew Works brought up for their restaurant is great! Pizza and beer together make for a fantastic combination for people to relax and spend some casual time! Jon is 100% right, the cocktail program makes absolutely no sense at all for a pizzeria!

That Nevada Brew Works place seemed perfectly fine and they couldn't even lie about it. They admitted the beer was good, could barely criticize the cocktail, and the pizza looked good.
