I also believe that your staff will not have nail polishing in your bakery, or they put some latex gloves to prevent any little pieces of it taking off from their hands. but many people are watching your youtube videos and someone unknowingly may think that baking with nail polishing is quite okay becuase one UA-camr with 2 million subscribers did that too on the internet. Sometimes the basic rule is hard to keep but still the most important.
