Was literally crying when he won. I was there. Last year I met him and his wife in our store in Daytona. And of course I asked for an autograph. And I was so proud of how patient he was and just the raw emotion he showed was really cool to watch. Super super proud of the person he's become!
One great thing about these interviews is that even if you think you know somebody they really surprise you and you walk away saying he's a pretty cool guy - you become a fan - Junebug brings out the best in people and Mike asks very pertinent questions so they balance out the conversation - it's always interesting and rather compelling! 👀 👍🏁 M in Miami : )
Re: best Dale Sr. moments, the 1997 Daytona 500 flip and keep driving highlight was made even better by Ken Squire calling Dale a "Great American Hero" in the moment
Hard call 🤔 I thought Lajoie would be cool, think of how good he is for what they do with limited finances they have! Bell would have been great but he just resigned…
@@janicesay6979 I figured just saying would be cool. Harvick has been my guy since he came into NASCAR. Crossing my fingers for someone I like to take over once again 🤔
People wanted to talk to guys lik3 the Earnhardt's, Rusty Wallace and Jeff Gordon because they were so unique and powerful personalities but then drivers kind of got bland and the sport tried to blend in with other main stream sport leagues and nobody cared to see them on Leno or Letterman. Now they just do it for propaganda purposes. Make Nascar Nascar again!

the rattle his cage wreck of Terry Labonte received boos because Earnhardt had crashed Labonte racing to the checkered flag just two years earlier at Bristol
The open wheel race that almost happened in Hawaii- I have a polo shirt Made especially for the Super Prix signed by Mario Andretti who came to Honolulu as a pre race promotion. Then the race organizers pulled out and the race never happened .
@Im_a_problem32 I know he did and in 10 years of Cup racing he won 3 races. So what's your point? If he continues to run for mid/back-of-the-pack teams he won't have more wins than 5 or 6
@Im_a_problem32 look, the guy asked how many wins Stenhouse have in 10 years. And I, for some reason, thought he asked how many wins will Stenhouse have in another 10 years to come. So I said that in my opinion he will have 5-6 as of 2033

If you knew Tad and Jodi as people you'd want that team to win everything they run. They don't make them any better.

Is Ricky real short or did he have his seat lowered at the table?
What if Lajoe got in the 4.
Joey to the 4 car

He looks like he’s 4 feet tall.
4' 11"1/2 to be exact
Y'all that's mean, I thought southerners are supposed to be nice?
Wrecky Spinhouse
Regarding Wrecky winning, ,as my grandma use to say , "Even the sun shines on a dog's ass once in a while"
Any 500 winner these days are because that race for the longest time has been a crap shoot!
How many wins does Stinkhouse have in 10 years? lol
I can imagine maybe 5-6 at most
