Does the manual version with quickshifter having a rev match? Thought only the DCT has this nice downshift sound.

I love the sound of the AT. I rode an older one recently (a 2018 I think?) and I was surprised at how much FUN it was to ride! Partly because of the sound of that motor.

I must say, Honda makes some of the best sounding motorcycles. Sounding, not to loud ornoisy, even the scooters. And the AT... i'm in love with mine 😍

Die Africa Twin ist super, sowohl mit DCT als auch manuell mit Quick Shifter. Bin sie die Tage Probe gefahren und bin richtig angefixt. Schöne Strecke und gutes Tempo! Nice ride!

That quickshifter is fantastic! I picked up a 2018 AT Adventure Sports recently with a titanium Arrow system. Wow! What a symphony! And what a beautiful looking bike. Quickshifter is on my list...

i used to race a 220hp race prepped R1 at the Virginia International Raceway, for 5 years , have sold it off to another racer before coming back to india, spent money in a house, and am now looking for a relaxed street riding, and enthusiastic riding, basically a veteran rider looking for a good street bike that can tour too, which bikes do you recommend for me ?
Racing has caused my wrists to pain after a long time in the saddle, and due to much racing on my race prepped r1 , the doctor's also said that my back pain is due to that , I'm looking for a relaxed bike ( ergonomics ).
Can you suggest?

firstly this is an amazing cornering technique which gives you the joy of leaning safely with more vision and allowing any emergency reaction. I was taught this technique on an IAM advanced training. Then I started to enjoy curvy roads with my bike as never before! I can see that you are a professional rider, respect Sir! I could not help myself to watch every second of this video. By the way, AT synonym means horse in my language haha what a truth :D

Sorry for the late reply but could you elaborate please? I don't see what amazing technique he uses - its one of those that get taught in driving schools around here, so seeing this is quite natural for me at least.
@TheUnheardProphet well I don't know where you live but the cornering technique I mean when you are curving to the right you position the bike on the left hand side of the lane to see further this is for example. I remember when I start riding I had no idea about this positioning and always doubting and overthhinking what was laying on and after the curve. Then I got trained about this positioning and afterwards, when curving with my crf250 rally, I had started to hear that the pegs were touching the road. This might be a little difference for you but was great knowledge for me. Wishing you safe rides..

Sounds glorious! Funnily enough, I can hear some notes (specially at mid-to-high rpm's)...a hum if you will, that...for some reason, reminds me...a Porsche flat six. 🤯

I had 2 2016 DCTs , expecting my 2023 new 1100 Adventure sport manual! Lets see how manual performs but the stock exhaust is awesome unlike for the CRF1000. Quickshifter is on the list

Du musst unbedingt bei deiner Videosoftware nach dem Fehler suchen...ab und zu sehe ich alles verschwommen in der Mitte...😂😂😂

Awesome video! happy owner of a 1100AS with quick shifter for a week, I had already seen this video a few weeks before buying it and it thrilled me a lot!
Yes it was on fast. Unfortunately "fast" is not really fast on the AT
@@Schaaf yes it's true, it's not very fast but despite coming from the DCT, using it mainly in sequential I'm having a lot of fun, the only flaw is that sometimes it doesn't take 6th gear, maybe I'm wrong in shifting too soon.
