The most beautiful, the most imposing, proud and powerful !! And it is beautiful to see that when it is close to landing, it is like a feather when it touches the ground !! Yes; the 380 is the best. I love this plane.
When these ladies first came off the production line at the Airbus factory in Toulouse I lived near Perpignan about 199 miles to the south. It has a very quiet airport so Airbus used it to train the pilots from the airlines which had bought the plane. I used to watch them do circuits including touch and goes. Perpignan airport is just a few miles inland from the Med so it was amazing to see the A380s crawl in over the sea.

@@aviationchannel6204 I always wondered why there are reverse thrusters only in the inner engines! Why can't the outer engines have reverrse thrusters though? I mean, what is the problem if the engines aren't on the runway and have the thrusters?
@@ge0r9ette I guess they don't want grass or debris from beside the runway to be sucked into the engine. But then there is the same problem on takeoff. They probably realised that the plane doesn't need that much reverse thrust to stop properly.

Utmost respect for this aircraft, but nothing can beat the looks of the 747. Why they didn’t market a cargo version of this is beyond me. The 747-8 would fail too if they’d only made a passenger variant. The fact they have a cargo variant allows anyone who needs a passenger variant to have one. The market just demands long range, medium to light capacity aircraft, there are minimal routes that demand high capacity. Now in 15-20+ years the 747 is gonna replace these again unless something else comes along that none of us foresee.
you seem to be manipulating the sound and add effects to make it sound more "real." totally unnecessary and it's very obvious. Some of the sounds you are adding aren't even made by a 380. LOL.

4:06 the plane is so big. That the outward engines aren't even on the runway? They're over the grass! Incredible!
Yep. That's why the A380 only has the inside 2 engines reverse thrusters, and the outer engines do not have reverse thrust.
