Sadly it is that time of year, hoping that everyone was alright after what happened
Great Response, especially with that tight downtown area!
Everyone was good.
Love the dual sirens with the powercall!
You have some real water there. The Potomac and Shenandoah Rivers here are fair size, but we can see both sides. I loved boat work and all rescue work when I was in. Be safe. God Bless...
Yes we do👍🏽👍🏽
Who is the other Responder in the pickup? Were you guys hanging out and the tones dropped?
No. We are neighbors. I just left before he did then I stopped real quick to empty my pockets so I could enter the water if needed.
I was caught off guard when I saw the South Haven sign, didnt realize initially that this was my county lmao
This video shows you that people don't care about letting the emergency vehicle through! Maybe the state need tell drivers about moving their car out of the way! Or give out tickets with high prices!
I’m some kind of hybrid enthusiast I’m now getting addicted to pov responses like this I’m an aviation enthusiast and I’m a fishing fanatic, the only thing I haven’t spent hundreds on is pov responses (I’m 14)
ich hoffe ihr konnte alle retten!!!🙏Danke für euren Einsatz💯
Need a Leslie RS5T train horn to get their attention
thay are using the same siren as the police use.
Love Powercall
Helluva response !
Thanks brotha. Powercall for ya! Haha. Water rescues in the big lake is a all call, plus sheriff's dept and coast guard.
That was AWESOME!
Wish we had Go-Pro footage of you being on the boat/rescue craft.
something's thay can not do with o pro sorry same as news media
Great Response Brother. Keep safe.
Thank you sir. Looks like you had a good day yesterday.
Is the guy in the Buick a firefighter too?
Technically yes, he's retired though and our photographer.
Surely there's a side street that parallels the center of town you could take for faster time?
Only 3 ways to get there. Gotta take your pick on what's faster.
Not many options in South Haven, especially with all the tourists this time of year.
Hate to curse but that Powercall sounds so fucking good
@@kaidenfiregamer2500 Let it all out! Haha.
@@FireEMS38Ty lol
A RUMBLER TOO???
Wait... that one of the famous quinns in front of you isn't it..
No it was not. Lmao. I won't mention who it was since I'm not sure if they want to be mentioned.
@@FireEMS38 Right, understandable, thought it was him for some reason 😆
@@stevensivakjr.978 If it's who I think your talking about I think he's working at his other job. Haha
So you have these sweet trucks.... are you carrying any equipment on them?

Howdy FireEms38
I like the hat you got on there.
@@FireEMS38 Ty i got it at a antique store
Good video man and keep up the good work man :) :D
Taking yall's time for it to be a water recuse
😂🤣😅😂🤣😅🤣
Why’s grandma responding?
Why are all of you in personal vehicles and not in city or state issued vehicles like an actual firetruck
In smaller towns where volunteer fire departments are all there are. A lot of firefighters will put lights and sirens in their vehicle and they can legally make their vehicle an emergency vehicle when responding. So sometimes they will respond to the station to get a fire truck or other type of emergency vehicle but a lot of them will respond to the scene and have their turnout gear already with them or have it brought by whoever went to the station. They do this because a lot of them live rurally so it makes it easier to respond directly to the scene instead of maybe 20 minutes to the station and hold everyone else up when they could already be responding.
First
So yall run POV there...where's your water rescue equipment? Boat? Yall wonder why vollies are considered clowns.
We carry rescue life vest, rope bag, and helmets in our vehicles. Boat responds to from the station and gets put in the water. We don't wait for a boat. We will go in and make a rescue as long as someone is holding onto our rope as we enter the water. We are not a volunteer dept. All full-time and part-time, fire and medical from EMR to paramedic.
@@FireEMS38 career department allows members to upfit their POVs and respond direct to scenes?
@Firemedic10584 I mean why not? If we are off duty how do we get somewhere? Some respond to the 3 stations to grab additional apparatus and some respond direct as I do. I carry my water rescue gear, wildland/ extrication gear, medical bag, structural gear. Some don't have ELS on POVs though.
ngl I don't think the persons in need of rescue gives a fuck who responds, as long as they help and not just watch on. Sounds like you'd be the clown who stands and watches, @Goober10584.
