No-Bake OREO Cookie Cheesecake
INGREDIENTS
CRUST
2 sleeves (22 cookies, 2 ½ cup/ 8 oz/ 245g) crushed oreo cookies
7 tablespoon (3 oz/ 90g) unsalted butter,melted
CHEESECAKE
1 lb 8 oz (680g/ 3 cups) cream cheese, room temperature
2 ¼ cups cream
⅔ cup (140g/5oz) sugar
2 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 ½ cups (6oz/200g) Oreo Cookies, crushed
GANACHE
4 oz Chocolate
4 oz Cream
METHOD
1. To make the cheesecake base: Combine Oreo crumbs with the melted butter and mix
2. Press into pan your springform cheesecake tin (9 inches). Set in the fridge and start on the filling.
To Make the Cheesecake filling:
1. Add cream cheese, sugar, vanilla extract, to a bowl and beat with a whisk attachment on High speed until smooth and there are no lumps, approximately 3-5 minutes.
2. Run a spatula under the mix to make sure there are no cream cheese lumps.
3. Pour in the cream and continue whipping until the mix thickens and becomes bigger in size.
4. Gently fold in Oreo cookies (or whatever cookie/candy bars you like)
5. Pour ½ the cheesecake filling into your prepared tin. Add your ‘secret’ oreo layer, then spoon on the rest of the filling. Refrigerate while you make the ganache.
For the Ganache:
Heat the cream in a pot until it reaches a simmer. Pour directly over the chocolate and let it melt. Whisk. Pour the cooler ganache over the cheesecake while in the tin.
To Set the Cheesecake:
1. Refrigerate for at least 8 hours to set or overnight for best results. It has no gelatin so it needs longer than a regular cheesecake. You can make this 2 days in advance
2. To remove from the tin run a palette knife or thin spatula around the edges to free it from the tin. Serve with whipping cream and garnish with mini Oreos. Enjoy!
I made this yesterday and served it today. I never made a cheesecake before and it was absolutely amazing! I had people asking for seconds and it made me feel so proud of myself. I'll definitely try some of your other recipes and I totally recommend this to anybody! it's really easy to make and it's delicious.

Beautiful !! I am wondering, what camera do you use to make these tutorials? I love the clarity and the blurred backgrounds. I bought a 40mm lens recently to try and achieve this but it doesn't come out quite like yours lol. in love with your videos!
Rosie's Dessert Spot Hi Rosie! Thank you for reaching out. My husband shoots with two Canon 70D cameras. One is locked off and always focused on me using a Canon 50mm and Sigma 17-55mm lens. Kevin operates the other camera with a Canon 100mm L series lens, which is how we get the up close and personal shots throughout most my videos. Additionally, the lighting is very important. We have a lot of beautiful natural light but we still have to use two LED lights to make sure everything really pops. A lot of getting the right look is trial and error. I definitely wish you the best! :)

I will keep experimenting and put those LED lights to use, I bought 2 light boxes on ebay last year which should work well. It's great that you have someone there to control the cameras too. Great recipe thanks! Made this for my daughters bday, she loved it and so did the rest of us. Super easy, and it looked exactly like Gemma’s. And Im no baker! Thanks for the tip to flip the pan base. I was already used to melting choc THEN stirring in cream for the ganache so that was the only thing I did differently.

I've made this Oreo Cheesecake recipe four times! It's so so so good! The extra oreo layer in the middle adds an extra crunch and a full oreo flavor! I tried it before half oreo half nutella with nutella drizzle on top, Ferrero Rocher and crushed oreos for garnish. I added10 grams of gelatin + 1 tablespoon of lemon juice cause in Argentina cream cheesee is too soft. Love it!

My first ever cheesecake! Gemma’s No-bake recipe is actually very simple to make. I found that chilling it 24 hours was the best firm/ set for slicing. Beautiful and Scrumptious!

The only problem i've faced is , the base.. it didnt get out while cutting the pieces, why? How can i make it not stuck in the base plane? Any help? I thought of putting plastic bag in the base, and take it off later, like slide it off ...im gonna make it now, so i hope i got reply ASAP..
