Slightly Artsy rest is easy to use. It’s a direct hit box, so you have to jump on top or dash into the character. For example, if I put an opponent to sleep in ultimate, I short hop and down a into rest. True combo that guarantees 40%
i am as dead as the meme on my pfp dedede is good in ultimate tho. It's worth going in deep with him off the stage because he has six jumps. In fact, all Kirby characters have six jumps and anyone who's not in Kirby does not, except for puff because it's close enough.

When I found out about Melee and got my own copy for chirstmas I was so happy that Brawl Kirby didn't have that.
Hope Smash Run returns in Smash Ultimate. I didn't use custom moves much but I loved the stats and attributes that customs could give. We need them without that stats if possible like custom moves.

I said it badly but meant that I'd like it to be possible to have an additional Double Jump without equipping a lot of stats in all modes. Smash Run is a separate point which I'd accept without stats but hope to get the whole package for. Spirit Board is an okay substitute for now but they could even reuse Assist Trophies as enemies for a Smash Run 2 with a little tweaking.

You couldn't use them in competitive play, and casual players don't have the time to set up their custom movesets when they have friends over and everyone's fighting over who gets to play. That means most people won't end up using them.

For Simon's, my friend was playing the Wii Fit Trainer and she ended up hitting soccer balls at one end of a stage while I would hit it with simons dangly whip at the other. It would have made for a great soccer mini game

However, there's a good point against Rest in Smash since SSB4. Since the opponents gets KO'd much faster, and recover much faster, and the Rest animation lasting for so long, you can just end up trading stocks. That is a bad reward for such a risky move. - The solution is to drastically shorten the length of the move when you make a hit. In Ultimate, the move is _slightly_ shorter if you connect it. But it's still not enough.
Now if you want a real number 1: Piranha Plant's footstool jump retaliation attack. Only possible when Plant is crounching for one, but every single character in the game can airdodge away. You can't even use it to troll a fetus in the womb because the opponent needs to footstool jump on the crouching Plant in order for the move to activate.

Smash 64 jigglypuff main here Sing definitely has uses, super situational, you need to read and start the sing before enemy is near (use it when falling etc, or when they're about to start roll dancing around you) It can put them to sleep at any point during the move so if you hit them with the second half they can't mash out in time Also the real use is for breaking a fast fall bc 64 doesn't have air dodging and you need actual skill and brain cells to get out of juggles

-All infinite jabs except maybe the Links' (Melee)
-Yoshi's dash grab (Melee), side b, and maybe neutral b (All)
-Kirby's dash attack, side b (Melee)
-Pikachu's dash grab (Melee)
-DK's dash attack (Melee)
-Roy's dash attack, up aerial, and maybe down aerial (Melee)
-Meta Knight's neutral infinite (Brawl)
-Megaman's Leaf Shield (why can't I use other moves while this damn thing is up?)
-Palutena's neutral specials
-Mii Brawler's F-Smash (4)
-Mii Swordsman's D-Smash (4)
Brawl not only had fewer completely unviable characters than the other games (percentage-wise), but also had fewer notoriously-bad moves. Just about everything from Melee was fixed.

Sing definitely has uses, super situational, you need to read and start the sing before enemy is near (use it when falling etc, or when they're about to start roll dancing around you)
It can put them to sleep at any point during the move so if you hit them with the second half they can't mash out in time
Also the real use is for breaking a fast fall bc 64 doesn't have air dodging and you need actual skill and brain cells to get out of juggles
