Thanks, I did email back and forth to someone in New York I believe. I found several things out over time. i need to pat dry after dipping in acid and doing my water rinses. This took care of spots. As far as the change of coloring it is much like firing clear enamel on copper. What I have done that helps is to lower the temp to 225 and hold for at least an hour. It is something that I have to watch no over time for wear. It would probably not be an issue if I was adding color to my project but I just wanted a better clear finish than lacquer.
Do you have to use the curing oven or will it cure overtime. I have been doing copper it goes in the oven looking great when it comes out it has turn a orangeish color. I have tried stepping down on the voltage. It had no spots going into the oven. I don't want the color to change. I am using the clear coating and it is a fresh solution. Any suggestions would help thanks. My Brass and sterling looks great it is just the copper 266 deg for 40 min.
i am using this product to protect all of my jewelry @PandeMandeJewelry in Bali - Indonesia, we call this as nano coating. but at the moment, we have problem with removing the e-coating... can you please recommend the e-coating remover ? so i don't have to burn the jewelry ? please kindly let me know.
They are two transparent lacquers made by two chemically different resins. CERAMIX is generally easier to apply and it's best suited for industrial scales, where the volumes of product are bigger.
Thank you for your query and for your interest in our Ceramix. Kindly inform us if you have already used this type of product, if you already possess a rectifier, and finally what type of pieces (base metal, size, type etc) you would like to coat. Regards
WIll be great to watch it in action in production environment.

Tell me what is the difference between "CERAMIX Nano-Ceramic E-Coating, Transparent" and "L-KLIAR-CB"
They are two transparent lacquers made by two chemically different resins. CERAMIX is generally easier to apply and it's best suited for industrial scales, where the volumes of product are bigger.
Thank you.
I can not find a liter of solution in your store. Only 5 liters
CERAMIX only comes in 5 liters tanks, while KLIAR products (colored or transparent) are available in 1 lt bottles.
